They did not fix my a/c problem,i pay $85.00 dollars just for nothing.

The companies service is total trash. Unreliable, unprofessional, inexperienced. Trust me when I say you will regret working with them. Do yourself a favor and call a different hvac ompany...you would be better off doing it yourself even if you had no idea what you were doing.

The person that answers your emails seems to be very busy and seems to be the only one working. He tells you he will call or text you back to let you know if he will be in your area to check out your hearing or cooling system and he forgets and never calls or text you back. I had to call and text him as a follow up. On our last text exchange I asked him to let me know if he will be able to stop by after all or if it was better that I look for someone else. He just replied “ I’m not in the area today and that’s fine.” So unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this business to anyone in need of help.

Best experience I had with this company . Ivan and Eric were very professional came out the same day and showed me the problem with my ac unit... they were very reasonable with there price.. charged way less than the other 2 company's that came out to see the problem .I strongly recommend Gomez air conditioning and heating if you like well trained and knowledgeable technicians.. thanks again Gomez air....

These guys are insane called them to get a quote on changing out a capacitor on my outside unit. They said they don't sell the part but they can replace it for $379 including part. The part is $28 mind you I bought the part and installed myself and saved myself $351. It's literally a part that you unplug the wires and hook them up the same exact way. These guys are crooks.

I called when I noticed my AC stopped working. They serviced my AC unit the same day! They made sure everything was up and running. Their customer service was also very professional and nice (major plus) They did not disappoint one bit. Will most definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I'm usually pretty handy around the house so something has to be really wrong in order for me to consider calling in professionals. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out the problem with my HVAC system and needed help. A neighbor uses Gomez Air and so I decided to call them. Best decision I could have made. They listened carefully to the problem and got right to work getting to the bottom of it. The repair was done very quickly. I will definitely use them again for my future HVAC repair needs.

I have been wanting a Nest Thermostat for the longest time but really didn't know the first thing about having one installed. My husband found Gomez Heating & Air Conditioning online and thankfully they said that they had a lot of experience with Nest installations. They were able to get us an appointment quickly after our initial call. They were so courteous when they were in our house and got the installation done very quickly. I'm so happy with my experience and I'm loving my new thermostat. Thank you so much Gomez!

Let me tell you, these guys are great! My air conditioner broke tonight, it’s 930 at night 92 degrees in my house and it has already been fixed and is working great again. These guys were here within half an hour and had my air conditioner up and running really fast. They also cleaned my air conditioner as well and washed it down. Thank you so much Gómez air-conditioning service! Next time I need anything I will definitely call you guys right away!

I had to Replace my full HVAC unit after 25 years I’ve had them out for a quote, and they were the most reasonable from everyone else they came in, took out the old unit cleanly without any damage and installed the new unit same day and it functions perfectly, between Ruben and Edgar, They were professional and efficient.

I highly recommend them for any of your AC needs And as I mentioned earlier earlier, they are the most reasonably priced in the market.
