The guy who came out was super knowledgeable, figured out what was wrong pretty fast, had it fixed right then and there, and actually took the time to walk me through what happened and what he did. No confusing or mixing up anything, just straight talk. Our AC is actually running better now than it was before it broke, which I didn't even think was possible lol.
Price was totally fair too, no upcharges for it being an emergency call or anything like that.

The technician assigned to us came out to tune up our furnace for the heating season, and he was fantastic! He arrived right on time, was super professional, and shared a ton of helpful tips on how to get the maximum efficiency out of our HVAC system. The whole experience was genuinely pleasant, honestly one of the best service calls we've ever had. We've already ordered the filters he recommended, and we're looking forward to having the surge protector installed this spring
