We have an old house with a lot of windows, many with small divided lights. The team was professional and thoughtful of our needs. . They worked quickly and did a great job.

I had a good experience with this company. They were professional and they cleaned the exterior of all my windows, our clogged gutters & downspouts and our solar panels.

The only small piece of feedback I have is that I wish they had cleaned up a bit more after themselves as their was some gutter debris on my patio and in my lawn/garden when I got home. But it was not a big amount, so I am not taking that big of a deduction off my review.

Also, I want to give a big thanks to Christy who made sure the job got done on time. I had forgotten to unlock my back gate when I left for work, and she said it was no problem...they could use their ladder to get over my fence.

I will be hiring B&B again and I recommend their services. Thank you for your help!

I would recommend this company without reservation. I had my gutters cleaned and my windows cleaned inside and out and they did a great job. I am very happy with the service they provided.

They did a good job in a timely way and reasonable price. They cleaned my windows inside and out plus pressure washed the front side of my home. They were also courteous and respectful of my property.

They use ladders to clean the outside windows. This gives superior results compared to using a wand with an extension brush...IMO. Unfortunately BB does not repair screens at this time; that would be a nice addition to their service.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they woke me up by arriving 3 hours before the earliest time window scheduled. When I told them that I was unable to let them in my house after they just woke me up, we agreed that they could come back after giving me time to shower, etc. They said that their morning appointment had cancelled on them. (perhaps that customer had a late night too 🙄).

The workers were on time, fast and efficient. It had been a year since I had my windows cleaned, and I knew rain was coming. I am so happy with the cleaning.

My gutters were really bad as I have many trees around my house. The guys spent as long as they needed to get the job done. I would highly recommend their service and will definitely have them again

Fabulous window cleaning. In just under 2 hours, they cleaned all inside and outside windows of our 2-story office building. We have used B & B many times and will continue to do so. Polite and professional, too. Thank you!

The 2 man crew who came to clean the gutters left a mess and did not clean up. I had to call to ask if they could come back to cleanup. When they came back they wanted us to show them where the problem was when it was very evident. They still didn't do a complete and thouurgh cleanup upon return. B&B is supposed to be a cleaning company: Gutters, windows, solar, power washing and they can't cleanup??
Now we are left questioning whether our gutters were actually properly and effectively cleaned!! If they can't clean up how are we ensured they cleaned our gutters sufficiently? We aren't. Less than 24hours later, the mess is still evident. It was an extremely poor experience. We assume since the initial clean up was an extremely poor effort, if any, they came back and it still wasnt thorough then the actual gutter cleaning was most likely rushed and not done efficiently. The quality of work from start to finish was subpar.
To boot, the men making rude statements in Spanish within ear shot was not too wise considering we know what they were saying!

The two gentlemen arrived even a little bit early and were done in the allotted time. and did a beautiful job. I love this company and have been using them for years.

I hired B & B Window and Gutter Cleaning to clean my windows (inside and outside), solar panels, gutters and a clogged downspout. I chose them based on a friend's recommendation and the modest price of their quote. In the end, the work was satisfactory, but only after requiring them to clean almost all the outside windows a second time. The initial wash was done only with a scrubber brush on a long pole which was not effective. A lot of dirty areas remained including some really bad ones. To clean the windows properly, they had to climb ladders, scrub again, and use squeegees (which they should have done in the first place). The crew was very nice about everything, but their attention to detail was very poor.

This company did a great job cleaning my windows, skylights and solar panels. They fit the job’s appointment timing to match my schedule. The workers paid great attention to details which is necessary when working on a 100 year old house. I will definitely use their services again, and I will recommend them to all of my friends.

B & B did an outstanding job (as usual for them) cleaning my windows and gutters last week. My view was so improved I felt like I'd bought a new house. Jorge and team get great results because they're really good at what they do, and they take care to understand what 's needed. That means, for example, taking photos so we can have an informed discussion before they start, bringing many years of experience to the job, and making my satisfaction with the end product a priority. I've been calling on them for many years now, and I give them all five of those stars.
