Guys arrived on time and left the premises clean when they were done. The B&B team were reliable and listened to any concerns of the homeowner. I'd recommend them and will call them back for the next cleaning.

Orlando and Leobardo were early for our scheduled time but I was happy to see them. They did an amazing job on my windows. Screens, tracks and inside and out. We recently had major construction on our home and this was the last thing we had to do. Technician got a lot of gunk out of the gutters but then left it all for me to clean up. Website states that they clean up the debris but I was left with the mess None of it placed in the green bin

I've used B&B for recent exterior window cleanings since I used your company when I was House Chair of a women's club in Berkeley. I've been disappointed in the recent residential service; too many of my windows appear dirty within a month of cleaning. The service was expensive and I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

At best, not a thorough cleaning (smell and stains remain). At worst, deceptive as they have not followed through on promised partial refunds and do not return calls.
