I had ongoing AC issues and had been getting the runaround from my home warranty company. I needed a second opinion to proceed. REO (Ashley and Ben were amazing!) was quick to make an appointment, showed up on time and easily diagnosed the problem. They were able to provide the info I needed for the home warranty claim and ensured the process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs!

I have been working closely with this company for the past 10 months as we got our beautiful new property up and running. Ashley is responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Michael, our regular tech, is punctual and is an extremely hard worker. Preston and Ben are quick and efficient, and explain what they are doing or what needs to be done in a way that a paper pusher like myself can understand clearly. We hope to continue our professional relationship long after our warranty expires.

I highly recommend this company as they are very professional and great to work with. My home warranty would only pay for a small portion of my AC when it went out and when I called around to different companies Ashley at REO made me feel very confident in working with them. They sent out Ben and Preston and they were very courteous and professional unlike the other companies I have worked with in the past. I definitely recommend this company.

My home warranty sent out a request Reo mechanical to service my air conditioner. They were booked out for a week but Ashley was able to call me in for an earlier appointment. They found the problem right away, and made sure everything was covered by my home warranty. I did have to wait a few days for the part to come in but I was put on the schedule right away. I appreciate the guy that came out after hours on one of the hottest days to make my family and I cool and comfortable. The older gentleman that came out is the real MVP!

The folks at REO Mechanical are very professional, and get right to work on an issue. We lost functioning of our furnace and REO was dispatched by the home warranty company to handle the issue. After identifying the problem, we were told by Michael that we would probably need a new system, and it was subsequently verified by Preston. Ashley from the home office handled all the coordination of the various components of the job to make sure things were done in a timely and efficient manner, and never let us down on any aspect. We were very pleased with the staff who handled the actual installation. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team throughout the process. Thanks!

I like everything about this company. Working with Ashley was amazing, she was able to get a technician to my office very quickly. My home warranty company sent out another service provider and they sent a technician out three times, the company never returned calls and refused to schedule a technician on days when their was rain or cold. That's why I need my heater fixed, it's cold! When a month after the first appointment and my heater still wasn't fixed they transferred my service to REO.
Ashley had a technician out the next day. He got on the roof in the rain! He was friendly, funny, and informed. He explained that I need a new heater and why. I have since been in contact with my home warranty company and Ashley and Jennifer at REO. They are friendly and answer/return calls in a timely manner. I am so thrilled with their customer service. I feel I am in good hands and have no questions or concerns about the progress of my job because of their constant communication.
Thank you REO! I don't have heat yet, but I have peace of mind! See you next week for the install of my new unit!

I worked with REO through my home warranty. Ashley (Dispatch) and Michael (Tech) were both marvelous to work with. Ashley provided guidance on working with my home warranty firm, keeping me in mind for an appointment when the home warranty was behind the assignment and sending me confirmation. Michael fixed our problem with alacrity and a level of efficiency clearly derived from a deep understanding of the technology. I am very thankful for their work. I would definitely call upon them again in the future.

Unaccountable for their work, inattentive to details, absolute disregard for doing thorough inspection of HVAC systems, total sham. Would not recommend their work if you want a functioning, non leaking, moisture & mold free living environment. Technician Chance failed to address basic customer service standards for any industry. Sad.

Friendly and Great service. Quick response. When we needed new system, they had the best estimate of all the places we called. Helped us with the SMUD program that we went through. Also used them for another property. Have had to call 1x for small issue at each location- Barnett service came out quickly, explained the issue and replaced because still under warranty.

I have a few new HVAC systems installed in the past 40 years of being a homeowner. This company is top notch. Very professional and they listen to your needs or give you recommendations if needed. They go above and beyond in customer service.

I cannot express how much this company helped me. My home warranty sent out a company that was absolutely terrible and tried to fix something that wasn't broken and charge me $3500 (South Placer heating and air----DO NOT USE THEM) I was referred to them by someone we trust and they came that day and diagnosed it with a leaky pipe. Told me my costs and came out very quickly, the next day and fixed the problem. The technicians were super efficient and very nice. One of them was Chance (sorry can't remember the other guys name) were great!!! I wil, moving forward, always ask for a "cash-out" from my home warranty and never use their company again and always use Barnett!!!! My house is back to being an ice box and hopefully South Placer scammy company.......karma will get them.

Within just four hours, my new system was up and running, providing efficient cooling far superior to my old system. Additionally, I had them install a Google Nest Thermostat, which has been a great upgrade. This local company gave us the best price for replacing our HVAC system. By far better than Costco and Bell Bros. Each company that came to quote the installation was wonderful. Hard to decide until Barnett came and quoted $5000 to $12,000 less. The system we now have is quieter and way more efficient. Our house is at a comfortable temperature for the first time in 10 years.
Erin, the office person, was incredibly helpful in filling out the paperwork to get a city rebate. She actually did the whole thing for me.

I wanted to share my experience with Barnett Heating and Air. Last year our entire system broke down. We needed to replace. We got quotes from multiple vendors and Barnett was half of what the other companies were charging for comparable systems and scope of work.

I had done my research anticipating the new system and found multiple rebates. Barnett worked with us to identify a new system that would qualify for all the rebates.

The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner and the rebates were submitted. One rebate came through immediately. The other rebate required extensive reporting and Barnett worked persistently to ensure we got our rebate.

One year later, our system had a funky day. We called and they fit us in the schedule and solved the problem quickly.
