I contacted Mark Souza Jr. of Souza Bro. early Sunday evening after my A/C stopped working during my girlfriend's father's 86th birthday party. Mark said he would be out the next day (Monday, between 10am-2pm) . Mark showed up and by 12:30pm my A/C was fixed and running like a champ again.

I would highly recommend Souza Bro. A/C for all your Heating & Air Conditioning needs.

I had new AC/furnace system installed. I had lots of questions about choosing right one for my home. Mark is very knowledgeable , addressed all my concerns and answered all questions thoroughly and explained all the steps needed to remove and replace old unit. They showed up on time and were total professionals. He made the whole process very easy on my end. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again when needed.

Technician came out, diagnosed the problem and was able to patch system for a few days until we could get a new one installed. Installation was fast and they even scheduled to have the roof repaired where they replaced unit. They even made a larger return as the previous one was too small for the square footage. Honest, reliable, and especially fast in this 110 degree heat wave we are having!
