Unfortunately, the coil installed in our new home failed to last even five years but Mark and Rick got me up and running quickly but more importantly they didn't simply offer up the most costly solution first but tried to find other solutions that might work. Overall, high level of professionalism as well as being simply down to earth good guys. Highly recommend.

All the technicians were respectful and professional. Rick was the main technician on the job and he did a great job! Super nice guy and was early to start! Responsive and on time. Mark patiently discussed some options to not only address our current issue but also how to do it with plan for any further changes in the future. Adam showed up on time and did great work. Professionals that respect your time and home are worth their weight in gold to me.

Our system went out mid summer August heat. I was hoping I could get them out within the next few days or asap but they showed up the same day!!! Within two days we had our full A/C heat units and our hot water heater changed out and all was done with very competitive pricing. We are currently sitting in 68 degrees because we can. (We don’t normally EVER have it that cool).
We’re very pleased with the job well done. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable of the work they were installing. Everything was cleaned up nicely and looked great. I would recommend them no doubt and will continue to use Souza’s for any future services.

Adam was great. But problem didn't manifest while he was here so he was unable to address the issue.
Ended up having a new unit installed today. Rick explained everything going on and was a good trustworthy guy. Very happy to have Mark from Souza's been in our life for so long! Kudos to Mark for running a well organized business!

Adam was a complete professional while dealing with our a/c check. From the moment I chatted with him at a neighbor’s house, to the time he completed our consultation he was up front about everything we needed, everything that was going great, and what would likely need to be addressed for better efficiency on our older unit.
