Chris is the embodiment of what Ripon is all about. Community, Customer service, Love of neighbor, and helping others.

Called around to a few carpet cleaning companies and their all insisted on doing more than I wanted. They had their reasons and legitimately so, but I'm handicapped and couldn't be outside of my living area for more than a few hours.

Reached out to Chris and explained my situation and he told me no problem, he would make it work. Squeezed me into his busy schedule, and did a fantastic job. I now have a carpet guy!! Any of my carpet needs will go to Chris and I highly recommend his services to anyone who m needs carpet cleaning.

While preparing a home to sell for my clients I was in need of a tile/grout cleaner in the Manteca area. Based on their reviews and social media before/after photos, I contacted Ayres Carpet and Tile Cleaning. Extremely easy to book online, they quickly followed up to the appointment request to make sure we were on the same page, and communicated with reminders. They went above and beyond to get this grout that hadn’t been touched in over 10 years cleaned. Very impressed by what they can do. Don’t hesitate to contact them, I’ll definitely be using their services again and recommending them.

Over the holidays, we got our office tile cleaned and sealed. It was a wonderful experience. The floors look great! The staff can’t believe how clean they are. Thank you, Chris!

These guys were great . The process was so simple and convenient . They picked up my rug from my porch and brought it back . My rug looks great . They were so friendly and I would recommend them to anyone .

Chris was professional while also remaining approachable and receptive to questions (I ask a lot of them). He set reasonable expectations for the end result based on what he was working with, which I greatly appreciate in the service industry! I’m also happy they live a rocks throw from my house, as it’s important to me to keep my money local! Great response time and communication!

Chris from Ayres Carpet and Tile Cleaning was very kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate his service and would definitely recommend them!
