Reviews of local pros in Ripon, California

We called to have the carpets cleaned in the three bedroom rental house we were vacating. Chris showed up a few minutes before his scheduled appointment to clean, was professional and did a great job! We have multiple dogs and a cat so we wanted to make sure any urine or pet smells were completely removed and they were. I would highly recommend Chris and will definitely use him again when we need carpets cleaned in our new home.

Five stars. Work quality was precise, thorough, and exceeded expectations. Stains and wear that other services ignored were eliminated without issue. Arrival, setup, and cleanup were efficient and disciplined. Results matched the estimate with no upsell attempts. Reliable service worth repeating, and we will have Ayres Carpet back for more.

Incredible service and job! Carpet looks brand new. It was so incredible to just set it outside and have it dropped back off clean. He even offered to help me move it inside (it’s a big rug) and included a stain remover spray for free. Honestly cannot remember the last time I’ve had such incredible service. 5 stars. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

They have clean our martial arts gym and I was always hesitant because they could ruin our mats but since knowing Chris is a black belt in Jiujitsu, I trusted his process and it was amazing results!!!

Chris did an amazing job with the tiles and grout. He’s professional and price is great. You’ll definitely love his work. I’ll recommend Ayres Carpet and Tile Cleaning to everyone who needs work done at home. Hands down the best quality of work.

Friendly, on time, efficient and effective! My carpets look great! Chris was super friendly and explained my options after looking at and evaluating my carpet. They were fast and my carpet looks amazing! Would highly recommend

Ayres Carpet cleaning was referred to me. Chris showed up on time. We had him do tile and carpet throughout the house. Everything looks great. His price was fair. I would definitely use him again and I’m going to refer him over to whom ever I know needs his service.

From the first phone call I felt Ayres Carpet and Tile Cleaning was the company I wanted to use for my carpet cleaning needs. They were on time and provided a on our way text message, which was perfect for allowing me time to get our dogs crated
First impression thoughts are very high, much appreciated the kindness and thorough explanation on how their treatments work. Chris and his partner were absolutely wonderful and quick. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone who is seeking recommendations.

Just had my living room and hallway cleaned and they did such a great job! Highly recommend! First picture is before and the second is after.

Chris, owner of Ayres Carpet and Tile, and his associate Joe were absolutely amazing!!
Chris came highly recommended through a Ripon community page on facebook. I reached out to him same day and response time was within the hour.
I told him my service needed and he gave me a very reasonable affordable quote. He had one day available and I told him I would let him know the next day. Unfortunately I got sick with the flu and a week later I reached out to him and thankfully he still had the time and date available for me. He said he kept it open just in case. I immediately said yes im definitely going with him and booked the appointment.
Fast forward to today, Chris and Joe came on time and they were very nice and professional. We quickly went over what area needed to be cleaned and then they went straight to work. The whole process was fairly quick, about 45 minutes maybe a little less. It was a small area (upstairs hallway and stairway) which is why it was quick. The area that needed cleaning was due to pet stains and foot traction. Afterwards he went over everything with me and said if any issues came up to give him a call and he would take care of it. Also with the service he gave a complimentary bottle of carpet cleaner for future spot treatments.
Overall, the experience and the service was outstanding! I’m very satisfied with the cleaning and dry time is not long at all. And now I see why he came highly recommended by fellow Ripon neighbors. I absolutely recommend him to everyone now as well. And I will definitely use his services again in the near future.

Thank you Chris and Joe! You are amazing and I appreciate your time and work today. You did a great job!

Chris and his associate from Ayres Carpet and Tile Cleaning did an amazing job on my carpets and rugs — they look brand new! He was honest, professional, and incredibly thorough. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and highly recommend him to anyone needing quality cleaning services.

Great job cleaning upholstered items: dining room & Queen Anne chairs, 8 ft reclining sofa, & office chairs. Professional, courteous, and answered all my questions.
Even cleaned spots on carpet he saw despite being not part of the job!
Would definitely have him do steam cleaning when I need it again.

Chris did such an awesome job on our rugs, couch, and chairs! He made them look great for our upcoming party. We have both toddlers and dogs so I really appreciate how great a job he did. He was very professional and personable. We will definitely use him in the future! Thank you again for making our house holiday party ready!
