Constraction reviews in Riverside, California

Infinite Pools has been such a pleasure to work with! They put out a great product and it starts from the employees in the office to the people in the field. Thank you for designing our dream backyard!!

Infinity Pools is simply the best! I had a crack on my jacuzzi wall and Frank and his team completed the project in a fast manner. Full tile replacement and rework. Overall - super satisfied!

it was a big decision for me and my wife to build a pool in our backyard. we went thru different contractors and we decided to go with tom with infinite pools. tom and was with us through out the whole process of building our pool... from the day 1 of digging till the day we put water on the pool even up to now he still checks on us... we couldn't be more happier with the decision we made to go with infinite pools... they are all professional and their price is fair...there standards for their code is best the equipment they use is top of the line.. we are happy with the result and enjoying our pool everyday... hope u find this review helpful for your pool project.

We were super excited to get project started and felt comfortable in the beginning but there were so many hiccups during project. 1/2 way thru the project manager was fired & a new one hired and brought in, who had to pick up from the mess that the project manager before him left undone. I did not like the cement crew/ masonry crew they contracted out to. They were unprofessional and not communicating with project manager so they would randomly show up or randomly not show up when they were supposed to and I was not happy overall with their work. Very sloppy and left a mess they never cleaned up! Owner needs to find better crew for that part of project. Also, owner was very unprofessional & I’ve never had a man make me cry or talk down to me the way he did. I did not want anything to do with him after that & almost cancelled contract but let my husband deal with him for rest of project. I’ve had at least 4 people ask for info on company who did my pool but I told them not to use infinite pools & just shop around. I know big projects like this can be stressful but I never thought that an owner of any company would be so unprofessional make their clients cry, no matter how high tensions are. It took me a while to leave a review and it has been 9 months since project has been completed and I’m already noticing some stone work cracking Which confirms that the crew he hired is messy and does not do a job well! The pool is too new to have flaws already

I recently had the pleasure of working with Infinite Pools for a project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was not only incredibly efficient, but also moved with speed to complete the project. From the initial consultation to the final touches. The professionalism and dedication were evident. They managed to deliver exceptional quality without compromising on the timeline. I highly recommend Infinite pool to anyone in need of reliable and swift pool services. Thank you for a job well done.

Finally took the plunge and decided to get a swimming pool built in my back yard, after some searching my husband and I decided to go with Infinite Pools to build our swimming pool and landscaping… and it happened to be such a wonderful and easy experience. I was privileged to have two of the most wonderful gentlemen helping us throughout. Jeff the salesman and Aaron the Construction Manager truly helped our vision come to life! They were both constantly communicating with me and my husband on the details/construction schedule of our dream pool, as well as constantly answering our millions of questions. Watching our dream pool come to life day by day was awesome. They truly did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get a new pool built for their home!

Frank did an amazing job designing our pool everything was done smoothly and in a timely manner!!

We hoped this would have been a great experience but not so much. I should have just let them do the pool and not the hardscape. No project manager on site 90% of the time so it was up to us, the home owner to manage there workers ( which no one likes). Pool tile was over grout because they used the wrong grount and tried to remove it but failed so there's high and low spots ( horrible) they left hand prints, overspray, and cheap concrete used for the walk areas that looks horrible ( see pictures) Overall poor customer service for the money spent. would have chosen another company that provided more attention to details. Sloppy mediocre work would not recommned .

When we decided to remodel our pool we went with a friend referral and used Infinite Pools, and we are glad we did. Frank, Aaron, Paco, Brennan and Pete were all exceptional and responsive. What an amazing collection of talent! They turned our outdated pool into a work of art, they have amazing craftsmanship at all levels. Now all construction projects have things that come up, some good, some not so good. I believe it was their approach on all things not so good that made me appreciate them even more. Aaron asked what the issues were, listened and corrected everything as we requested, special thanks to him for his support!! Just a great group to work with and we are enjoying our new pool!! Thank you Infinite Pool's!

Being our first pool, we did a lot of research. Several bids were submitted and meetings and discussions on just what was being proposed. Infinite Pools team was the one that actually '' listened '' to what we were looking for. There price was reasonable, and the communication and workmanship throughout the project was exceptional ...

Having been in the construction business as a general contractor for over 35 years, I am happy to recommend Infinite Pools to family, friends, and those looking for a quality contractor that delivers more than promised.

Infinite Pools deserves nothing less than five stars! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding, making the entire process smooth and consistent. The team is truly top-notch—professional, skilled, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their products and services is second to none. I would highly recommend Infinite Pools to anyone looking for excellence and reliability. They truly set the standard for superior pool services in Southern California!

This was our first pool so making all the decisions were pretty tough to start. Frank and Dustin were very helpful in explaining the difference between certain construction materials with their pros and cons.
They also never tried to upsell us their product.

It took a bit to get started but once the project got started it was super fast for each step to get completed. My family loves the pool. We are so glad we went with infinite pools.

I cannot say enough about Frank & his team. During our first meeting with him for an estimate, Frank listened to what we wanted & had a few suggestions to add that told us he was our guy. We canceled the next estimate appointment with a different contractor once we saw his 3D mock up of our future pool. Our building process was on time & seamless. His team even came out to demo our backyard & then had to wait until our room addition was complete before they came back to start the dig & the rest of the project. My husband & I made a mistake by not having a step added by the spa in the original blueprints. Frank found a way to add it even after the shotcrete had been completed. We also needed to push back the retaining wall for extra space. No problem for the Infinite team!! Everything came out SO beautiful!! His team even came back to add another row of stone once the grass area had been leveled!!
We HIGHLY recommend Infinite Pools. Thank you Frank!!!

Our pool is beautiful and infinite pool has a very professional and excellent team. They are knowledgeable and hard working . They cleanup each day, always arrive on time and have been together many years building pools!! They're very responsive as well. You can't go wrong with them. I definitely endorse them!

We completed a major backyard project with Infinite Pools, including a 180 ft long retaining wall, concrete walkways and patio areas, a fire pit, four planters, complete renovation and landscaping of a large slope, a new lawn area, block walls on each side of our home, a utility area and a beautiful pool and spa. As with any large project, there were a couple of “bumps” in the road. However, Frank and his team, especially the job supervisor, Cory, were responsive and concerned about making things right. We are especially grateful to Isaac and his team for the beautiful hardscape and tile work. And we are certainly indebted to the landscaping subcontractor, Emilio from Romero Brothers Landscaping. He was very conscientious and communicative and gave us a beautifully landscaped backyard. All of this work was completed under the Infinite “umbrella”. Another thanks to our designer, Jeff, who is a pleasure to work with. We love our new backyard and our pool is gorgeous. This is our third pool build, and we are happy to have selected Frank and his team from Infinite to facilitate this massive project. Job well done!!
