This was the second time I worked with Llamas General Building contractor and definitely not the last time if I ever need work at my house. I hired them to removed the chimney from inside my house which was dividing my kitchen and living room. Now I have a beautiful open space, and everything was done professionally and by code. He also installed floor on my whole house to have everything the same. The contractor is very reliable, professional, great customer service, and I am very satisfied with the work he did.

Llamas General Building Contractor is the best, I called him to see is he was able to put an automatic water shut off valve and with no hesitation he came to my house checked it out and gave me a quote and date for installation. My home insurance was going to determinate me if it wasn't done by a certain day and it had to be replaced by a professional contractor. Llamas installed everything professionally and I am very satisfied with his work.

Excellent work! Finished the job when they said they would. I have never seen contractors keep the work site so clean as they were working. Very polite, respectful and honest. We love the work they did. We will be having them back to remodel other parts of our home. I strongly recommend Sergio llamas.

I had the pleasure of working with Llamas General Contracting earlier this year. Sergio did a full kitchen remodel, laminate floor installation, cabinet changes to my bathroom, and fixed a plumbing issue from a previous installer who didn’t get the job done right. Sergio is very clean during his work process and was very communicative and punctual. He was the first contractor that I’ve worked with that showed up at the time he said he would show up. He was always readily available through text since I couldn’t always speak via phone while at work and had questions. I believe that the prices he charges for the work he does are equal to the skill and attention to detail he puts into his work. Quality of materials he provides are good too and he offers several options to choose from to pick for your style. My husband and I are now half a year into living with our new kitchen and absolutely love it. No regrets and no issues. We will continue to use Llamas Contracting for future home remodels

A older gentleman with grey/white hair in a white Toyota Corolla (guessing a work vehicle because this is how I found the company that he works for) ran me off the road at a merging lane, not only that afterwards he was driving recklessly by not letting me pass him or go around him to get away from the problem. He pulled next to me and was snickering at me like putting my life in danger and possibly others was okay. I called the company from the number on the side of the car and the lady I spoke to was very nice but said there was nothing they could do to figure out who was driving the car even if I gave them the license plate number. I hope they figure out who this is as it looks really bad for their business.

We had a sewer lateral line damaged causing our entire building to be affected. S-Line contractors were prompt in addressing the issue for us. They replaced our sewer lateral pipe under the street and repaved the road. From the beginning they were proactive about communicating and updating us, got the permits and repairs done right on schedule as promised. Highly recommend them.

I contacted S-Line Contractors about an issue I have at my commercial property in the City of Gardena CA. Water is leaking into my building every time it rains. Since my building is on the property line with my neighbor, I need to involve them with fixing my problem. S-Line Contractors returned my call the same day. They made an appointment to meet me at the property and examine the problem. They have previously repaired these types of problems and understand what is needed to fix it. They furnished me with a written report detailing why the water is leaking into my building, how they will fix it and what this repair will cost. I have presented this report to my neighbor and am working on a plan with them to repair this problem. I would like to thank S-Line Contractors for their fast response and detailed report which they provided to me free of charge.
