Alex did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was responsive and communicative throughout the process of a fairly major repair. His work is at an extremely high level. While rewiring an entire house he was able to do minimal damage to the walls while many electricians would have punched holes indiscriminately. Truly a professional from start to finish.

Glenn is very helpful and paitians to explain the problem how danger the voltage too hot will cause the fire from the outlets .my case was smoke came out to burn out my micowave and refrigerator,our home was instal very poor wire on all outlets when they original build it , Thank God I found Glenn . I also get power outage in my home that day .I call him the same day he came in the same day to check for me even he has a busy schedule , next day he has his team came to replace all switches and outlets for me .They did a great job . highly recommended him to you . I had a chance to meet with Glenda owner who is an awesome person I Enrique has also gone out of his way and bent over backwards to make sure the job was done correctly and worked around us because we are a large family and a small old house definitely will use them always at any time in the future and grateful I found them

Safeway Electric did a fantastic job. I had light switches that didn't work. A garage that was wired up but had multiple issues and, I had a garage heater I needed installed. 7500W. They got the switches working, quickly ill add. My garage is now completely functional. Also, after they wired up and installed my heater, which turned out to be defective according to the manufacturer, they came back and installed the replacement the very next day. It's working awesomely. I would like to thank/recommend Chris, Randy and Derek for any electrical job that you need done. I am 💯% satisfied. Thanks guys! 👍

We have an older home built in the 1960's it was running reverse polarity. The owner of Safeway Electrical came out and was full of knowledge and gave us a quote we couldn't pass up. The electrician who came out was professional and proficient! They repaired & changed out every outlet and switch in the house and garage. Upon completion, the owner followed up with us to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. They again reached out to us months later to assure we weren't having any issues. I highly reccomend them and will definetly use them if needed in the future!

Look elsewhere! There are much better options in Riverside.

From what I gathered, his M.O. seems to be to recommend changing all electric outlets to everyone. He’ll probably charge you a high price and it’s probably a simple job for any electrician so he can send out any electrician to do the job.

Most people looking for electrical work do not have much knowledge themselves. Whatever he says will sound believable to the average ignorant-about-electric-work person. He will pretty on your fears about house catching on fire. The owner Glenn is a personable guy, but he will recommend something that is not necessary and will try to schedule you quickly to lock you in so that you don’t have time to make the decision to look elsewhere.

I had one problem but he wanted to change all electric outlets in my home. He tried to make it sound like the outlets were causing my problem, when it wasn’t. I had another electrician that charged for coming out to the house, but he fixed the problem the same time he came out to my house. This electrician did say one thing that Glenn mentioned. I believe Glenn probably knew the problem, but was trying to sell on other non-urgent, unnecessary upgrades. The electrician didn’t even mention most of the things Glenn mentioned were problems.

The electrician I used was efficient, didn’t waste my time, or overcharge me. I paid 85-90% less (I calculated this) because I picked up on the shady vibes and decided not to go with Safeway.

Also, he did not show up at the time scheduled.

I booked Charles to give an estimate for work. The work was scheduled for 10 am on a Tuesday a few weeks ago. He wasn't here when scheduled so I sent a text. He responded immediately that he was running late and would be here at 1:00 p.m. That was the last I heard from him. Unfortunately I can't trust a business that does not follow through with their commitments.

Where do I start!! I had been looking for an electrician for 2 weeks while my sons room & my guest room was out of power. Two other electricians stood me up and I felt like giving up hope! Then today, I started looking again for an electrician to help me and I came across Charles at All lights Electrical. From the beginning, he was so nice to and eager to help me! He was trying to help me figure it out over the phone! When I got home I called him at 7pm and he was really nice again and super eager to help me! I felt like he was my family electrician that’s how patient he was with me. He walked me through everything on the phone, explained everything step by step and helped me find the breakers that I never knew I had!! And just like that!!! Wahhlaaahh I had lights!!! He didn’t charge me, he was more happy that he could help! I am beyond grateful and will forever be a customer! You just don’t come accoss too many good people that just do things from the heart these days! I’ve already scheduled him for a service for something else! Thank you so much again Charles you humanity is refreshing!!

Mine and my family were without electricity on Christmas Eve due to an accident. I woke up to an electrical problem in my home. I called several places before reaching All Lights Electrical Service and I couldn’t be happier. Upon my call I was immediately greeted by Charles with a superb customer service. He immediately understood that my problem needed to be fixed today and he made room in his schedule to service me within 30 minutes. He was on time very knowledgeable, friendly and exceeded my expectations.

All Lights Electrical Service, is the best. Charles came out trouble shoot a major shortage in my main circuit breaker panel that was burned out he was here about 4 hours & replace the main breaker and other parts on the panel excellent work I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Charles at all lights electrical to do a project my home. I recently had a new patio attached to my house and Charles installed all the recessed lights all the wall switches and all the different type of fans that I have bought. Also in the back of the house someone else did some electrical work for me, all the underground wires for light poles was not done properly, Charles remove the underground concrete base, the whole existing under ground electrical wires. And he rewired the entire underground wire the correct way for me . Also i had Charles do some more electrical work at my auto body shop. I highly recommend Charles with All Lights Electrical Service, Charles keep up the good work.
