An amazing company! From the get-go, the staff was particularly helpful and professional. Mike was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. He came to my house to measure and pick up my rugs, cleaned them, and then hung on to them for several weeks for me when I was traveling. He then delivered them to my storage unit so I wouldn’t have to lug them around. Gentle Genie did a beautiful job cleaning three of my rugs, one of them a cherished family antique rug. They did such a great job that I just gave them two more rugs to do for me! And I will continue to give them my business. Thank you, Mike and Gentle Genie Staff!

Stained area rug that would not clean up with in house service for pet accidents. Sent it out and it cleaned up great. Ask Eric and he will let you now what they can do.

Very nice people to work with but my rug repair was not at all what I expected. The rug is a Persian cut pile rug and the repair is large loops and stands out more than the original hole. I was not told they couldn't repair the rug with the same type of yarn and stitch in the rug. Very disappointed. I will need to replace my rug.

Follow-up. They went from 1 star to 5…or 4.5 to be more accurate. After hearing my complaint, they took my rug back and repaired it so well that I can’t tell where the hole was! My only complaint now is that they should have caught how horrible the first repair looked before they returned it to me. However, they have been so nice through all of this that I’m keeping them at 5 stars. Good customer service is hard to find and they truly have been so kind to work with. Thank you Gentle Genie!

I have used Gentle Genie Rug Care for my area rugs several times. They take excellent care of my rugs and they always come back looking like new. I really appreciate their pick up and delivery service as I would not be able to get the rugs properly cleaned otherwise. Livingston goes above and beyond helping me get the rugs back in place after they have been cleaned. I wouldn't use anyone else!
