Great experience with Magic Carpet Cleaners. I had 3 carpets cleaned, two wool and one synthetic. Livingston was on time with pick up and delivery, moved all the furniture, and they look fantastic! Highly reccoend this business!

I moved across country and the movers folded an area rug in thirds causing huge wrinkles. I thought my rug was done. I called Livingston who came out to take a look at it. He was confident he could get the wrinkles out. He picked the rug up and delivered it with no wrinkles. It looks as good as new!

We have two wool oriental area rugs, and were both very much in need of being cleaned. After a bit of research, I called Magic Rug Cleaners. He came to the house and got the rugs, said he would bring them back in two weeks. Two weeks later, perfectly clean rugs and he put them back and made sure th rugs and furniture were where we wanted them. My 92 year old husband didn't have to move anything! I would definitely recommend them!

Gentle Genie & Magic Rug Cleaners did an excellent job on our Persian rug. The rug absorbed a lot of brown dirty water from an upstairs unit that had a bathroom leak. Gentle Genie's rug cleaning process resulted in a very clean and almost shiny look with our rug! We are very pleased with Gentle Genie. They were easy to work with from the start of the process to the end. We would like to say thank you very much to Eric who was very flexible in the pick-up and return delivery as he accommodated our timeline. Overall service was OUTSTANDING. Eric did an excellent job cleaning six of my area rugs. The service was courteous and professional and the end product was great. Can definitely recommend the Gentle Genie to all!

We had an antique Turkish rug that was damaged due to water intrusion. After the cleaning, it came back with all the contrast gone. The colors had changed significantly and bled through—its beige background even turned orangish. Fringes were beige but became orange. I contacted them to ask what could be done to correct the issue, but I never received a response.

I am happy with service and results. I had my natural woven rug for 22 years and finally had it with getting sniffles and smells. Clean the rug. I am again happy I found this place. Great work, great service. Price is correct and made me feel good.
I will use and refer this place in future. They clean all kinds of rugs also and will sell under liner for hard wood floors, if you have a plastic base rug. This is where you take rugs to be deep cleaned and not messed up.
