I dropped off two rugs, which I was unsure if they needed to be clean. They were about seven years old. after getting them back, I realize they definitely needed to be cleaned and I am very happy with the results. I kept one of the rug that matches to compare and now I need to drop off this route to. They are a little far from my house, and I had to drive down and get them, but it was worth the drive, the communication was easy and even though they’re a little far from home, I will take my next rug to them

My mom had a Persian rug cleaned for me and a new rug pad. Mike was the one who came and took the old rug away out from under a grand piano by himself. He also replaced the cleaned rug and pad. He was positive and did a great job and was very patient with us in getting everything back just the way we liked it. The rug came out great and highly recommend them.

While the company was prompt and courteous, and the rugs came back looking clean and smelling fresh, there was damage to 2 of the 3 rugs I had cleaned caused by dyes bleeding in the rugs.

Not happy with the lack of communication when scheduled delivery was going to held up until end of day, even though it was unforeseen. It messed up our other committments which could have been altered if we had known earlier. I had to keep calling/ texting to get updates. Not respectful of us as clients. In the end, the rugs appear to be cleaned satisfactorily.

Excellent service. They worked around my schedule. My rug hadn't been cleaned for 5 years and was dirty with some dark streaks. They delivered a beautifully clean rug that looks like it did when I bought it.

Easy, easy, easy. Went online sent my rugs dimensions and the quantity of each. They called me the same day, quoted the price, picked up a day or two later, and delivered clean rugs about two weeks later. Easy, easy, easy.

I love my clean rugs! I had my grandmothers oriental rug cleaned after40 plus years, it came out beautiful!!! The reds and blues in the rug are so bright and clean. It looks amazing. You would never know this rug is 50 plus yrs old. I also had a silk rug cleaned. Honestly, I didn’t like this rug very much. It was dull and dengue. Livingston said that it was an expensive rug ( was my father’s) and thought it would clean up great. He was so right. It looks so nice in my den, so glad I didn’t give it away.
I also loved that he will pick up the rugs and deliver them when finished. So convenient!

Returned 5 cleaned rugs, all sizes, from huge to medium. Persian rugs and silk rugs. Placed them where directed and helped move some furniture back over the rugs. Quick and efficient. Every looks great for the Christmas holidays!
