AFTER two visits the weeds hsve dried up and no longer growing any new ones . I wood definitely recommend your services to all my friends who would have any problems with their lawns.

Worse service ever. Don’t do it. No show, wrong service performed, they rescheduled 2 times to perform a lawn aeration. Service tech just showed up for a scheduled aeration / overseed service his “tablet” said it was a chemical spray only. I showed him the Email from Trugreen stating it was the aeration service, but he said it didn’t matter, he has to go by the tablet. Look at the reviews. Horrible service. Don’t do it!! Nightmare!! Manager promised to call me back- never heard a word. My lawn looks worse than it did when I hired them. Run!! Chet G

I had questions and Ricardo was kind enough to take the time to give me advice on watering my lawn—length of time and how often. He was very helpful and patient.

I am completely floored. I filled this out. Not expecting anything other than AI bot to read my comments, and do nothing about it.

Instead less than 24 hours later, I got to call addressing my concerns. When I first called in complaining about A certain specialist not willing to fumigate the entire yard due to an irrational fear of falling into the pool (another employee fell into a different pool and it made this specialist feel like he was also going to fall into my pool ), I felt like I was heard but I don't feel like anything was going to change. I never got to speak with a manager and the person on the other end did empathize but that was it.

Today, Lorraine( I think that was her name ), made me feel like I was the most important person. She empathized with my issue and instead of just listening she actually recommended and made changes to ensure that I wouldn't have that level of poor on-site service again. That previous specialist that had the irrational fear of falling in won't be back. And, another specialist who is far more thorough, will be on site instead.

I think the product is great. I was a little disillusioned from the initial service, but now I'm definitely going to re-up. This last contact solidified my relationship with TruGreen .

TruGreen has helped to solve several problems we battled year after year. We’ve been a TruGreen customer for several years now. We just added mosquito control this year, because we were tired of missing summer and our beautiful lawn. It is an investment, but it’s part of the face of the house that people see first. Gino arrived today to spray the trees and bushes. He always checks in with me to see if there are any issues and does exemplary work whether he is treating the lawn or the trees and bushes.

We had our monthly mosquito service performed today, and it was a complete disaster. The technician came out to spray the yard, but when he left, he didn’t close our gate properly. We have extremely expensive dogs, and they managed to escape. We only noticed because of our Ring camera.

I immediately contacted customer service, but it turned out to be a call center, likely outside of the country. They couldn’t connect me directly to the local company that services my area. Instead, they had to put in a request for the manager to call me.

When I finally got a call back from the manager—Jeff, I believe—his response was shockingly dismissive. He basically said, “People make mistakes,” and that was it. There was no care or concern for the safety of our dogs.

We’ve canceled our service and had our money refunded. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Martin the technician was great. However management failed to tell him to text me the day before arrival so I could unlock the gate to the back yard

Tru Green is a game changer for our lawns. Christian is our rep and he has our grass looking green and weed free. Christian shows up on time, he is kind and answers all questions professionally. Our technician is wonderful. Met me out front. Listen to my concerns took notes and updated my account that we had dogs and that I needed to change my service day always so helpful.

TruGreen has made my lawn look better than it's ever looked in less than 1 month. There were some hiccups initially but the customer service has been excellent and they have gone above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend TruGreen if you want a beautiful lawn!
