Technician showed up on time and had a professional appearance and demeanor. Follow up call from True Green to make sure I was happy was appreciated. I had some questions which were answered to my satisfaction during that call.

Robert was my TruGreen expert and did an amazing job w providing my info on my lawn .

Your technician Carl was very respectful and answered my questions. I asked him to have my number called every time my service he is scheduled so that I can put my dogs inside the house.

My yard has changed so much since using True Green. I like that Gino is always our service provider, knows the yard,, lets us know what he’s going to do and asks if there are any problems that we see and then he just takes care of it. Wonderful service.

Bob was extremely courteous and helpful. He treated the appropriate areas and helped me more fully understand how to let the product work for us.

Today was my second service and I am seeing such dramatic and beautiful change in my lawn. I better understand the process now and my technician today was really helpful and answered all my questions about the process and water care to provide post treatment which was really helpful for me. I wanted to know how to maximize my investment in our lawn. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Deonte R explained and answered all of my questions. He was courteous and very professional. I would be thrilled to have Deonte R be my TruGreen specialist every time if possible! I look forward to future TruProLawn Plan visits. I am hopeful that my lawn will be healthier and greener soon. Stay away from this company! Last month I had an appointment with their expert to remove my weeds! Their expert came and see my weeds and told me they cannot remove all kind of my weeds and only one kind of weeds they can remove I thanked him and he left then I called to true greens and asked them to dont charge my card because their expert told me they cannot eliminate all of my weeds then the man on the phone told me :” oh no he shouldnt do that” I asked him to cancel my service he said :” ok” but guess what happened then? Every week True greens schedule an appointment for me without my consent while I canceled with them and even after that so called appointment they call me again to follow up the service! I told them:” which service?” I never received your weeds removal service and I already cancel it” they says:” ok we apologize, good bye! Then this week they sent me a bill for $65 service that I never received! I call them and they told me :” dont worry our records shows that you already cancel with us”.
But guess what happened today? A woman from True greens called me and told me:” I hope you are happy with your service what else can I do for you?!” I told her;” which service? I already canceled with you?” But she didnt want to let me go she asked me :” what’s the reason for your cancelation?” I told her “I already told the reason 10 times to other agents that keep calling me even one months after cancelation please dont harrasing me stop to call me stop to bill me for service that I never recieved”
I really didnt want to write this review, but I know I believe that this company is a scammer they charge you without giving you any service and they keep callong you and harrasing you by inssisting to sign a contract with them every week after your cancelation. So if you want peace of mind just stay away from this company.
To True Greens management:” I have a busy life please tell to your agents to stop calling me and remove me and my account from your file after cancelation I already over 10 times asked this from your agents but they didnt care and they continue to call me and take my valuable time and continue mental harrasment and want to force me to sign a contract with them! Please stop to call me. Stop to bill me for service that I never received!”
What your agents do is disturbing people and force them to sign contract with them . You even schedule service without the consent of people and then bill them for the service they never recieved! This is not ethical in any business.Please stop call me and harrasing me and if your agents would like to know why I canceled with this company before even receive any services they can refer to this review because I dont have time to explain everything 100 times for 100 agents that they keep calling meand they continue to harrasing me.

I had a Tru Green representative come to my house and my lawn was looking pretty good, but he showed me that most of it was just weeds and clover and spider grass that was mowed to look like grass. He offered the service to me and believe it or not I was kind of skeptical about it I took pictures of my lawn prior to the service being started and it’s been four months. There is a tremendous difference. I actually have grass growing now the first two months there was a lot of brown patches because of all the weed and clover that was dying. I can now see a The lawn is 90% grass now and it’s been getting better with every monthly service visit truly amazing. Great job Trugreen.

Their team is consistent, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about lawn care. My grass stays green, thick, and weed-free throughout the year, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the growth and vitality of my flowers and shrubs since I started using their services.

I have used TruGreen for many years and my yard always looks great.

I was originally excited to have TruGreen help me achieve a health yard and lawn.
From the very first appointment there has been problems.
I care about the pollinators and birds. I have spent considerable time and money adding clover to my lawn.
The sales rep had assured me they could treat my lawn without damaging the clover.
That they had ‘expert’ technicians.
First treatment tech told me he could not treat my yard and cancelled my services. I called and they assured me they could meet my needs and would be sending out a different tech.
Then received a bill for ‘desert landscaping services’. I do not have desert landscaping.
I called again and this was removed.
Next treatment I was not notified prior to although we verified I was on the notification list. This treatment they killed all my non-Bermuda grass.
Including the clover.
I called again and was reassured I did not have another appointment until mid-June. I asked to speak to the local branch and was told there is no local branch and they then claimed they, the customer service center in the Philippines, were an expert in lawn care in Southern California.
In May I received a text they would be there the next morning for my next treatment. Did not state what this treatment was. I cancelled the treatment online and then called again. This time to cancel the service entirely.
I started very nice “I don’t think this is working for me and I think it is in my best interest to cancel’ by the time I was able to get the Rep to agree to cancel my service I had asked 14 TIMES!!!!! I had to ask them not to service my lawn and not to bill me 14 TIMES!!! I felt like I was begging. I felt humiliated, belittled, patronized to, and locked during this exchange. What I did not feel was heard. 14 TIMES I had to ask.
Do not do business with this company. No one should be treated this way.

My grassed struggled until TG took over. They have my entire yard looking like it’s professionally landscaped. My grass has never looked so green and healthy. The service agent is outstanding!

Deonte Rollin performed the most thorough servicing of our lawn that we have ever seen!! He addressed all of our concerns, especially about the ‘clover’ and other weeds that are appearing on our TruGreen lawn !! He’s the best !! We love him !!

True Green lawn care service is worth every penny, if you love green carpet grass. It took us at least 4 visits to see our yard turn into a thick green grass carpet. We've been with Trugreen for over 2 years. Technicians are always professionals, very helpful and always on time. Today we had Taylor S. come by and do our service, when he was done he offered to bring in empty trash cans. Which Taylor S. did. Thank you for that and hope he is recognized by Truegreen lawn care service.

My TruGreen tech did an outstanding job today. Gino made sure everything was taken care of and was very thorough. My shrubs and plants are looking better with each passing day. Thanks!

Other than not giving me enough Warning of the appointment, he did a thorough job and efficient and covered all areas of the grass and left me a detailed description of what he did with each chemical

Tree and shrub service is a joke. Tech stands 20-30 feet away and sprays and preys. They don’t look for infestations or problem plants to treat. I had them out twice and same thing. Now I have terrible aphid and mealybug infestation on my hibiscus.

Approximately a year ago, I had the pleasure of meeting a TruGreen representative named Robert Williams. He provided exceptional service and thoroughly assessed the condition of my yard. Despite the presence of Oxalis, dandelions, and various weeds, Mr. Williams assured me that TruGreen could not guarantee the complete removal of these weeds but promised a lush and vibrant lawn.

Prior to TruGreen's services, I had personally nurtured my yard from seedlings to its current state. However, I must acknowledge that the partnership with TruGreen has been instrumental in achieving the remarkable transformation of my lawn, making it the envy of my neighborhood.

It is important to emphasize that this partnership requires mutual effort. Mr. Williams meticulously explained that, in collaboration with TruGreen's expertise, I could unlock the true potential of my yard. This involves adhering to their instructions, ensuring proper watering schedules, and allowing the grass to grow to a height of 3.5 inches before mowing at a height of 3 inches. (tall fescue recommendation only)
As suggested by both Robert Williams and the technician who services my lawn, TruGreen is a thorough service, but it requires collaboration and adherence to their instructions. By following their guidance and maintaining a consistent watering and cutting schedule, you can achieve a lawn similar to mine.
