If I could give minus a star i would. I signed up for landscaping with this company last week. I was scheduled to have my lawn done on Tuesday. Nobody showed up on Tuesday, so I went onto the internet account they require, and saw that they had deactivated my service. Then I did a search through my emails and saw that they sent me a message at 6:00 am saying that they did not have anyone to do my lawn.

So Tuesday I called them, and they told me to just find someone else. Horrible company!!!

Samuel and the crew always go above and beyond when attending to my lawn. I have never had lawn service that was was so attentive, responsible, clean and consistent, week after week. I would highly recommend Lawn Starter.

I was originally reluctant to try this service ( so many negative reviews) I am glad I trusted my instincts. I have been using lawnstarter for over a year now and have had no problems at all.

Lawnstarter has been the best surprise of the year. I somewhat expected a scam or something that didn't work very well. I went for it because lawn companies in my area were not returning phone calls or couldn't make it for months. Lawnstarter had me in contact with a company in minutes and my lawn was perfectly manicured within days of initial contact. Now, I have the same company doing my landscaping as well. Bonus points because the company they put me in contact with is veteran owned and operated. Would definitely recommend.

Update: I received a call from an Experience Specialist named Joey to rectify a previous issue that I had. Joey contacted me immediately not only once but twice. He was polite, respectful, and went all out to help me. I appreciate his hard work. Please note that because of his great customer service I think he deserves recognition and he retained us as customers. Thank you again Joey!

Save yourself time and money and just go with a local lawn care provider. I started services on 4/11 and was informed my grass would be cut the very next day. It's now 4/20 and my grass still hasn't been cut. My grass is so long that I'm going to be charged extra whenever the crew does come to cut my grass. I tried to call and make a complaint but was hung up on numerous times. The best part about this situation is the fact that I'm stuck with their services until they actually cut my grass three times.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I don't do reviews but I have to do one on them unbelievable they sound all nice on the phone quote you a price get you set up confirm your appointment then no one answers communication is very bad with this company I'm glad I had emails bottom line I don't recommend them.

I'd like to give much thanks to my lawnstarter company and Enoc, for keeping my yard and flowerbeds looking so nice, these ppl do a wonderful job every time, my grass has a mind of it's own and grows as it wants, but lawnstarter makes it so simple to schedule ot reschedule how often I need service I can't thank you enough, this makes it easy for me to keep and use this company for the long run something I haven't been able to do! Edward is always consistent with coming on the days that are scheduled. The service is always good. Also, if there needs to be a reschedule, he’s good with communicating it.
