I am extremely impressed with Caceres Air Solutions! They installed a Mitsubishi mini split a/c system for my master bedroom yesterday. Their knowledge and expertise was extremely evident.
Their customer service was excellent. They're a family business, and I feel like my money was well spent. Fabian Caceras and his sons, Johan and Miguel, really cared about my home and made sure I was satisfied. They were affordable, and I could tell by their installation that they are also perfectionists! They exceeded my expectations, and l highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the service we received for full AC replacement. Our property manager recommended Caceres and said another tenant had used them prior, we had no other experience with the company. They came out quickly, were professional in every interaction, provided plenty of information/photos/videos to confirm every step, and accepted credit card (with processing fee). Our new system is working excellent. We also appreciated all of the system options that were provided prior to starting at different price points, warranties, etc. They were very flexible and priced same/if not a little lower than other quotes we had received. I am so grateful for Johan. He really came through for our family. We had several other contractors come by. The other contractors had outrageous prices and were not forthcoming. Johan was honest, he took the time to explain the differences in AC units, and quickly got the job done. I can't say that about other contractors.

His pricing bar none beats the competition. Plus he understood the sense of urgency that we needed the AC unit installed fast will temperatures over 100 degrees. We signed on Tuesday and he installed on Thursday. I couldn't believe how fast he was able to get it installed. The AC unit works great and it's quiet, like stealth mode quiet.

Johan and his father are the consummate professionals. They literally work with white gloves inside your home. They put down furniture blankets where they would be walking, to protect the floors and wear gloves to protect painted walls. They do not try to upsell you. They make calculated recommendations for your home needs and financial budget. They definitely exceeded my expectations with the heating and air A/C install. The father and son duo are are a rare combination of experts in their fields, conscience of their customers needs and genuinely kind.

I was looking on the internet to buy a Mitsubishi AC unit for my house and Johan and his team are authorized diamond Mitsubishi dealer and certified installers!! Mitsubishi unit came with a 12 year warranty for parts and 2 years warranty for the labor!!
I was blessed to find Johan this way and I can tell you without exaggeration that it is the most professional team that I have encounter and have working at our house in 10 years since I came in US! What do I mean by that? Let me show you the reasons:
First, they were extremely punctual—arriving right on time for both the estimate and the installation, which immediately showed me that they respect their customers’ time. Their customer service was top-notch as well: friendly, attentive, and always willing to answer my questions in detail.
The installation process itself was handled with the highest level of professionalism! They had to bring a long electrical line too from the front of my house. The technicians worked efficiently and kept everything clean and organized, leaving my home and outside spotless when they were finished. It was clear that they take pride not only in the quality of their work but also in the way they treat a customer’s home.
In terms of reliability, I was impressed that everything was done exactly as promised—no delays, no hidden surprises. The pricing was very fair and transparent, offering excellent value compared to other quotes I received.
The quality of the system they install is overwhelming! Quiet and efficient in terms of electricity consumption! My new system is keeping my house at 65F with only 19 kW per 24 h (the 19 includes all the electric, electronics normal use in the house with an 96F outside temperature)!!! Beat that if you can.
