Johan and his father are very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose what others could not, on what was wrong with my system. He knew what was going on with my specific model. I felt comfortable with them, they were fair, honest and upfront about what was needed to be done and what my options were. My heater is running smoothly now and was done in a timely manner. I will call them again and will have them do the maintenance on my system as well. Great service!

I was in the market for two specific items: Mitsubishi 6K BTU Ductless Mini-Split and Quietcool Whole House Fan. I chose Johan because he is Mitsubishi authorized installer, which extends the warranty to 12 years. Johan was able to order the Mini-Split when I was previously told it didn't exist by another installer.

Johan was very polite, very communicative and on time for any appointments. If you retain services from Caceres, you will be speaking with Johan initially, as the business belongs to him and his father. As he put it to me, his name is on it, so you are not speaking to a salesperson.

When I inquired with Johan about the 6K BTU Mitsubishi, Johan told me he could order that model, but also offered me alternatives in size and price. Financially, it makes more sense to install a larger unit. However, for my use case, I run hotter than others, so it didn't make sense, as I was looking for efficiency.

The mini-split was installed with no issues and does the job of keeping my electronics filled room cool, without added noise.

I own a manufactured home and told Johan we did not have room between the ceiling and the roof. I was incorrect on that, as once the ceiling was cut open, we found 3ft of space. This presented more work for the Quietcool install, but Johan didn't mention anything about extra cost due to this. He simply noted they would do what was needed to get the job done.

I also want to stress, that I don't believe Johan and his father had previously installed the particular model we purchased, but they made a go of it anyhow and did well. For anyone in a manufactured home, I would recommend installing it further away from the rooms, as I had requested install right next to our rooms. You can definitely tell it is on, especially with the plenum which was required. It has not prevented my family from falling asleep however, as it is a white noise. Night temps have been fantastic. Previously, we would open windows on nights with cool air, only to be greeted with zero breeze coming inside. Now, the morning and night temps have been amazing. Crack a few windows, turn on the fan and you can immediately feel a breeze enter the house.

You can buy a lot of things in life, but you cannot buy trust, it has to be earned. The best recommendation I could give, is what I already have done. I trusted Johan and his dad to install something new to them, over another company that does it on the regular. I'm certain that if things happen to hit a snag during an install, Johan will make sure to make it right.

It’s not easy to choose what is right and perfect price or what the system for our house. This company gives me the answer that we want to invest in our home.
