Backing in to the dock is too tough..I had to block the road with a heavy traffic and drop the trailer...

Been dealing with the company for 10 years. Best company to deal with for American Standard and Mitsubishi equipment.

It does involve backing into the dock across a 4 lane road but an employee helped me with traffic. It wasn't that hard to dock, and you will have to drop the trailer or you will stick out in a traffic lane. I was unloaded quickly so I can't complain. No onsite parking in case you were checking fot that!

Pulled in 2 hours early they pulled the company truck out backed in and straight to work and for air-conditioner parts locations plenty of room . Folks very friendly and started on the trailer pretty quick . Easy place to find not sure about the front docks but the back has plenty of room to maneuver into dock.
