After 5 visits and 4 different technicians, HVAC still not working or correctly diagnosed. Incompetent.

Anthem has done work on my rental for several years. The work done has been OK but communication is poor. Lack of over site on my account and instructions not followed. If you an on-site owner they are OK. If not they try to up sell the tenant and do work that is not authorized...quoted $485 to replace filter and $1250 to clean vents. Told tech to leave and I would handle, sold tenant new filter for $165, strange the difference in price. Filters are retail about $50 so some price gouging here. Took management 5 days to return call. They stood by what the tech did. I had a service agreement so I canceled it and decided to move on. They did not seem to care, over $10k in busy last few years. Landlords beware!!
