Ackerman Air is the only heating and air business I would call. The first time they came here, my heater had stopped working. They were able to fix it in no time, and it worked wonderfully. This time around my ancient AC stopped working. To my pleasant surprise the technician remembered me and my disaster of a home. He had it figured out and fixed within an hour and working better than ever. I thought I was going to have to replace it.
My home has been a nightmare and I have had to work with MANY contractors and repairman. None, have come close to the service Ackerman Air provides. I normally stress and get a pit in my stomach when things break or need work. Not with them, so kind, so curteous, understanding, fair, professional and explain things to me so that I understand without feeling dumb for not knowing. For women who are needing work in their homes, it can be stressful having servicemen come to your home especially when you do not understand the mechanics of the problem, or you don't know who will be coming. I never felt more at ease than I do with them. I could breathe a sigh of relief knowing it will be taken care of one way or another and I won't be taken advantage of. It's too bad they couldn't do all the work my home needs LOL. I would never call anyone else again!

Came out and did a really great job replacing my system. Friendly, professional, and checked in with me a few days later to comfirm that everything was running as it is supposed to. Highly recommend!!

Jedd and Ackerman Air were FANTASTIC. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

My central air conditioning stopped blowing cool air and I had no idea why. It was less than a year old. I called two technicians who each spent hours looking ant things and blamed the problem on different things, but couldn’t actually explain the problem or show me the problem when I asked questions.

I called Jedd and responded super fast, walked me through everything he checked, and he answered all my questions in detail. Even after he fixed the problem, he stayed later to show me some tips to keep my system running well.

Our furnace unit literally fried last year and was beyond repair due to a major transformer blow out in our area. We originally thought of just replacing that, but after speaking to Jed, we figured in the long run it was more affordable to replace the entire system instead of just replacing the furnace so we wouldn’t have any problems. Ackerman Air was great! The price was fantastic compared to other companies that wanted more than twice the price they quoted. Install didn’t take that long either. We got our new system up and running just before it got unbearably hot. Thanks so much guys! You were a lifesaver!

Our AC unit went out and was not sure what AC company to use. Ask an uncle who owned many rental properties in the area and he suggested Ackerman Air. Talk to Jed , he had Shane come over to assess and suggested a unit that was the right size for our house and at a reasonable price.. Jed and Shame are great guys and they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them for any AC or furnace issues.

These guys are genuinely the best. Not only were they able to fix my AC issues they went above and beyond and even installed additional vents in rooms that needed some in my house. They are professional, considerate, and all-around good people. When we had an additional small issue they showed up in no time, fixed it and refused additional payment. When we had to install a completely new AC until we called them again and we now have the coldest house in the I.E thanks to them. Highly recommend
