I highly recommend Ackerman Air! My A/C wasn’t blowing as cold as it usually does. So, I called Ackerman Air and spoke with Jed, the owner, and he helped begin diagnosing the problem right away. His technicians were able to come within an hour. The service techs, Shane and Nick, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. Being able to trust a company is important, and I completely trust Ackerman Air for providing quality service at a fair price!

I had a great experience with Ackerman Air! Jed and his crew were awesome to work with. They were super professional but also friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly. Shane and Mark took the time to explain everything, which I appreciated. Alex, Nick, and Juan worked fast and did a great job. Overall, totally recommended if you need reliable air service!

I enjoyed watching the team at Ackerman Air tackle our mini split removal. They handled it professionally and effectively. Shane and Mark are very friendly technicians that explain to you the process. I would highly recommend this company. their communication and reliability is top notch.

I hardly leave reviews, but it was well deserved. I am a female business owner and had previously called out roter rooter to Inspect my clogged sink in which they charged me $400 just to inspect and quoted me $3,000 to fix it. After calling first choice plumbing, Lou and Darnell came out and were honest and opened the line for me for the same price. I really respect that they were honest about telling me what needed to be done and did not take advantage of me as the other company did. Both Darnell and Lou were friendly, professional and put my mind at ease. Thanks guys!

I have used this company several times for plumbing issues , including a slab leak that as you can imagine, is very stressful. Jacob is amazing and did a great job every time he's helped us. Unfortunately, that's where my positive impression had to end. I decided to use this company for an A.C issue we were having. The air was not blowing cool..I called them out for annual maintenance and for any recommendations they might have. Jason came out and checked my filter , saw it was dirty then went outside to inspect the outside of the unit. When he came back inside, Jason said my unit was old and needed to be replaced, and there was nothing he could do to fix it. He also stated I had a freon leak. I was confused because the unit had been running fine besides it not being as cool as before. Jason gave me the whole breakdown of what a new unit would cost, approximately $10,000. I asked if he could add freon while I think about what to do. He said he could, but the freon would just leak out. I had Jason leave me the quote and told him I'd have to think about, since like most people I don't just have that money to shell out. Jason advised me not to use the unit at all because it could burn it up. After his visit I had Home Depot, and another company come out for a,second opinion. Both companies said that although my unit was older , there was nothing wrong with it besides it needed the maintenance and that the filter was dirty causing the air not to get cold. I'm writing this review to hopefully help someone else. Please get a second opinion like I did. You could save yourself a lot of money!

They never called before coming, they didn't ring the doorbell and just left a card, my wife watched them from the window drive away, they don't answer their phone so it's no good to try and call. This is horrible service, NEVER again....

Brandon was wonderful. He totally went out of his way to accommodate our plumber needs. His customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

I've been a very satisfied customer for 40 years.....until they merged.... then I felt like I was seen just as a profit entity. While it was First Choice the owner, Steve, impressed me with a company that was not only expert in their field but also very ethical and caring. I felt secure that they were honest in what was needed as well as being treated in a respectful and caring manner. I felt so disappointed in the merged company that I considered trying to find another. BUT then when I had a recurring issue Steve came to assess it and spent time to not only do the work but to reconnect. Later on Cindy Ballard called to schedule a needed service. She listened to me and was very informative, answered my questions, and was caring, friendly and promised to keep me informed for any future needs. Having been a business owner I know that is how you run a business. When you treat and value people not just as a "customer" but as a person. One who trusts you because they see your heart and commitment to quality.

This technician goes above and beyond to help his customers to understand and benefit from proper hvac maintenance and understanding of what’s currently installed. Glad to have found this company, and look forward to a future installation.
