First of all, I would like to say that the employee that you sent Jhon he was very courteous personable. He is well trained I highly recommend Jhon (J & H Air-condition ) for any HVAC maintenance. I got My Colling issue fixed very quickly.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Nextech. I reached out multiple times via phone and email to set up a preventative maintenance contract. Each time, I was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. It is unprofessional to ignore potential customers, especially when you claim to provide dedicated service. I will be looking elsewhere for my HVAC needs

So apparently “they only sell to contractors “ well thats some bs! What about they guys that are not lazy and fix at home them selfs! Guess they look at things as strictly business! And are not for the people!
