Very unhappy. Installed new Lennox central and furnace 2 years ago . System failed. Cannot get a response or telephone call. I would never recommend them As a Board Member of Laguna Woods I don’t recommend. I will be advising resident services of their ineptness so they will not be given access

I was recommended to Select ACR after I had an HVAC failure at my business. They were very prompt and had a team come visit the damage to my HVAC unit. Knowing my business wouldn't run in the dry heat of the summer, they got right on to fixing the problem. Within a day they found the problem and fixed it right up. These guys are professional and really know what they are doing.

We called Select ACR out to evaluate our building's a/c equipment and to give us a price on replacing 3 a/c units. I could not believe what they came back with. We have been air conditioning and heating our attic space for years and didn't even know it! They showed me all kinds of duct leaks in the attic space and some leaks on the rooftop as well. Our current a/c company said nothing about this and said we needed 3 larger a/c units and gave us a larger price tag, which is what prompted me to call in the first place. Select said we had enough a/c capacity and just needed to fix all the leaks, which they did for us. Everything is working great now and our owner, Francisco, is moving forward with Select ACR on servicing our equipment. Select is more expensive than our old company, but Francisco said they’re more than worth it, and the employees here are all comfy now.

I've been a Select ACR customer for a lot of years and have always found prompt, courteous service. I own a restaurant and quick repairs are important to us, they never fail me. Had a problem Friday morning with a fridge before my friday night rush and it was working for my dinner.
All the service technicians who have come to our building through the years have been knowledgeable,polite, and given me the kind of customer service I wish every company gave.

The staff and technicians at Select ACR are FIRST RATE! I was able to schedule a free survey appointment within a week of calling. The technician arrived on time, was respectful and thorough, explaining many aspects of the property's heating and air system in a manner that was understandable. I have since signed on for their maintenance program, which has already proven to be a cost saver, as well as assures our systems are in good working order. I am a big believer in preventing disasters and keeping systems in working order. Select ACR's program fine tunes the process for me.
