JJ, our sales rep has been nothing but the best when it comes to any questions regarding new air-conditioning systems, rebates and energy star high efficient systems I cannot express how happy I have been with this company for the last 4 to 5 years I’ve been in business. Their Customer Service has truly been top-tier.

We having been using West Coast Aire for over a decade for our home and our rental property.
They installed a new a/c unit in our home over a decade ago, great price and awesome service, and when we need service they are prompt, courteous and very professional. I will never use any other company as long as they are in business!!!! I totally recommend West Coast Aire.

After 10+ years of professional, helpful service from Joel and Brian, we are saying goodbye to West Coast Aire because of the bad attitude of Mae Lin, the woman who fields calls in the office. We had Brian come to our home for our regular service of blowing out the air compressor line. A new problem developed and I called for return service. Mae Lin decided she needed to argue multiple points regarding our call history (not our service history), and when the call deteriorated to an argument, I angrily wished her a good day and hung up (abbreviating here, there was more than one conversation before we got to this point). She immediately called back and told me to find another servicer. So my disabled husband and I (I'm also disabled) are forced to suffer through 100+ degree heat because Mae Lin doesn't know how to be professional in spite of a personality conflict with a customer. BUH-BYE!

We have used West Coast Aire for over 25 years!! Yes 25+ years!! The Most Honest, Courteous and Prompt AC/Heating Company Ever. Whenever we have a problem, I call the office and she schedules us in ASAP. The receptionist is also So Friendly and Kind!! Very Professional from the first phone call to the end of the service!! We Highly Recommend this company!!! You won't regret it!!! I have referred them to many friends who are also Very Satisfied!!

However, Lawrence and his team got everything back up and running within just a few days. Moreover, they went the extra mile by replacing the breaker and the wood beneath my air handler. my high efficiency gas boiler stopped working during one of the coldest days. i called for heater repair and spoke to lawrence. he arrived quickly and got right to work. since the boiler is wall mounted, it was interesting to see lawrence carefully take it apart and start troubleshooting. he quickly found the problem, which turned out to be a diaphragm activated switch. lawrence even checked in with the manufacturer, and it was clear he really knows what he's doing. he got the part and had our heat working again in just a few hours. i would definitely use their heater repair service again and recommend them to anyone with furnace or boiler issues.

we have been using hvac services for many years in riverside. since our first furnace replacement, we saved money over time by getting a unit with lower btu and a 2 stage blower. we've been in our home for a long time, upgraded both heating and cooling systems twice, and had our upstairs ductwork redone. the team also moved our upstairs thermostat and rebalanced air distribution for better comfort. gabriel has been our main technician, and we always look forward to his regular checkups to keep our hvac system running smoothly. all of our equipment has lasted a long time, and i only remember a couple of minor issues. each time, the technicians worked really hard to find the right parts and got us back up and running fast.

I called Clark Brothers HVAC LLC after another company told me my old hvac unit was leaking refrigerant and needed to be replaced, and that my main unit needed a new blower motor for about $1000. They also suggested I should think about replacing my main hvac system soon. Instead, i reached out and spoke to Gabriel, who came out on a weekend to check my ac units. He let me know that the blower motor was an easy fix and that my main unit was actually in great condition and built to last. So, replacing it wasn't needed at all. Gabriel also said the older unit could probably be repaired for just a few hundred dollars. He came back a few days later and fixed both the blower motor and the older unit for much less than what i'd been quoted just for the motor. He also improved the zoning in our house by redesigning the ductwork and adding extra ducts, making everything work much better. For the first time since moving in, our home cools evenly and comfortably, even on hot days. Gabriel was smart, straightforward, and really cared about solving the real problems. it's great to work with someone honest and not just trying to sell you something. i hope we can count on him for our hvac needs in the future.

He was friendly and personable, yet maintained a high level of professionalism. Even my dog seemed to like him!
