Got my second dose of the vaccine here. They had air conditioning and i got a sticker 10/10. Would definitely go back for the next pandemic.

The crew did an excellent job; I want to especially thank Anthony for the extra work on the end of the project. He took the time to make a last minute adjustment. I also want to thank Domonic who was in the attic working but at the end of the day he was so kind and courteous and respectful.

Our salesman Joe was great! However the installation of our brand new top of the line air conditioning system was subpar. They had to come back 3 times after installation to correct due to hot air blowing out of the vents and during the worst time of the year, when it’s 90-100+ degrees. Thankfully we have a dual condenser system for our multi-level home Our appt was never confirmed so of course we were concerned when they were over 1 1/2 hours late. When the system was installed it stopped working after a couple of days, they came back out and then it happened again a few days later. The project manager was unprofessional, never returned calls so we had to reach out to the regional manager who expedited things along Sadly, the problem wasn’t figured out until certification/state testing came out to diagnose! Just really a sad look for Sears

The repairman was very patient and instructive through helping install a window unit these was a little too big for the space. I appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions and to get everything working in one piece.

This company came out twice to repair my AC.

I had to call them more than once to return.

After my last calls asking them to finish the job; they would not respond.

The owner was beligerant and made up excuses for why they "fixed" the problem and there was no reason to do more.

I finally had to call in another AC service who were both professional/ polite and trustworthy. I was informed that T&H had not completed the job and that it was about the motor.

"Professional" is a joke. They don't even know the meaning of the word.

If you want to loose both money and confidence in knowing your AC was repaired; help yourself.

I was not able to leave less than one star and amazed and curious how there record looks so clean and could ever deserve 5 stars.

Luke's is an awesome service company in Riverside! Definitely call them! They're now called Dragonfly Heating & Cooling.

Company came to my house to fix my AC, excellent customer service very thorough. They answered all of my questions with the best attitude would recommend 10 out of 10 customer service and efficiency.

I was in need of an HVAC company and I found this company online. I got a couple quotes from a few other HVAC Companies as I had a lot questions trying to figure out how my HVAC system works and I was told by my coworker I needed to get it serviced since it was making a really loud noise every time I would turn it on. New Era Home Comfort was willing to come out the next day to check it out at no charge. Once the tech got here, He was very polite and very attentive to what I had to say. He answered all my questions and I was at ease. They did the service and found the blower motor was leaking oil and it had to be replaced.
I’m very happy I went with them. Thank you New Era Home Comfort, truly a breathe of fresh air.
