We called Empire Custom Cooling on 4th of July weekend because our air had stopped working. Travis answered our phone call on a Saturday and came out on Sunday to help us with our air conditioner!!! He was on time, personable, knowledgeable and completely transparent with what was going on. His communication was outstanding both on phone, via text and in person. Pricing was fair and job was well done. We will definitely be using Empire Custom Cooling for our future AC/Heating needs and referring our friends and family as well. Incredible service! The owner Travis responded immediately to our service request, found a way to squeeze us into his busy schedule and was able to immediately identify the problem, and fix it quickly. He even went the extra mile and drove to help us on a Holiday weekend. He explained everything very thoroughly and clearly is an expert in his trade. We’ll never call anyone else with our A/C needs. Very professional, honest, and prompt.

I purchased a property without heating, and the ac was broken. Empire came out and fixed the problem, and installed heat quickly. They also fixed my rental property when another company couldn't find the problem and had to diagnose 3 days in a row. Highly recommended if you want straight forward pricing answers and work done correctly the first time.

Travis came out to my house today while I was away and got me cold air again! I'm active duty military and was unable to be at home and could barely talk to coordinate with them. They got the job done and I was able to trust them to be at my home with my pets while I wasn't there. Top-notch service.

I thought I was calling a different company. I'm glad that I got a hold of the Right company in the mix up. My AC went out on the hottest day of the year in Moreno Valley. I called that day, they came out the next day. They came on time and assessed the situation. I was planning on having to replace everything because it's an old system. Ryan explained what the problem was and was able to fix it on the spot at a very fair price. Working 90 minutes my house was cool again! I cannot highly recommend this company enough. Thank You!

Great customer service. They were able to come same day to diagnose issue with AC. Answered all questions and concerns. Provided options for repair with pricing and lead time clear. Repair went smoothly with great communication on arrival and completion windows. AC working great now. Would not hesitate to use for any future heating/cooling needs.

Got a new unit installed, great service, new ducting; the works. We have no AC!! Both units are broken. Our broken system is 21 years old and we need to replace the Condensers and coils! This company comes highly recommended. I'll update as we progress!!

Note on owners!! Top Notch!! I know a tiny bit about AC and Constructions, and these guys are pros!! Their pricing quote was 100% honest and to the penny, even with a few unforseen ad-ons!!

Went with American-Standard due to high quality!! We only replaced condensor and coils, hoping furnace that gets used 2X a year is good. Will update, if i need to use them for any more AC service!

The Best in the West. They installed two 3 ton Daiken complete Central Air A/C heat pump Systems on my home in two days and removed and hauled off the old Condensers and furnances. The system is working awesome. The team Ryan, Travis, Javier, Emiliano and Dan were professional. They do great work.

Called them up because I needed some work done on my a/c unit they talked to me really professional and the guys where cool. Will definitely recommend them to other friends
