My ac had been turning on and off. Called New Era Comfort. Chris came out promptly. Arrived on time. Did a thorough cleaning. Our equipment is original to the house. Nearly 40 years old. Chris took it apart and cleaned every component. Showed me and explained what i can do to extended the life of AC, even though its on its last legs. Got it working and running smoothly. No issues so far and blows stronger now. While he was here I asked for a quote on new system. Great pricing compared to big name companies. So I will definitely be using him for my future air and heating projects. Would highly recommend.

The Experience with New Era Home Comfort was amazing. We called to get a quote on a repair for our hvac system. ,we called on Wednesday and they were able to come out on Thursday morning. Our furnace broke down, They sent a technician who was knowledgeable and experience who was able to figure out what was wrong with it. They had to order the part but they were able to get it relatively quick. Our furnace is now working and we are very pleased with the results. My wife and I were truly amazed by their work ethics and reasonable pricing.

Great service provided by New Era Home Comfort. Super happy to have come across them. We had issue last year and we put it off for a while. Finally it was time to replace our Air conditioner and we got a couple bids. Although New Era wasn’t the cheapest they were for sure competitive in comparison and we are extremely happy with moving forward with them.
