Armando came out to perform a tune up on my A/C that I had won from a free spin the wheel at the jurupa rodeo last week . He was very punctual, knowledgeable , friendly and honest. I was extremely impressed that the service he performed was actually free
and with out any kind of trying to sell me something or telling me that my system was in need of repairs (very rare these days)He did a complete tune up and provided me with before and after pictures and it was definitely in need of the tune up. My system is working better than it was. I will use him for any of my HAVAC needs in the future and I would 100% recommend him to my friends and family .

I contacted Modern Comfort and Air for a quote for installing a new heat pump to replace my old furnace and AC unit. Armando contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment to review the project. He provided me with all the pros and cons of the system I wanted to install, which ultimately helped me decide. Armando was also very knowledgeable about the existing regulations and credits that the government offers to help upgrade this type of equipment. Since I was in the middle of getting other quotes from other contractors, Armando waited for me to make a decision. He never pressured me and was very professional when he followed up with me. I never felt he was pushing me to make my decision. Finally, we agreed to start the project; the installation process was easy. I like how Modern Confort and Air present all the information so you understand all the steps to complete the project. Armando gave me a completion day, and the crew completed the installation on time. I finished the project way before summertime, so I didn't use the system after a couple of months, but when I did, Armando reached out the time to follow up that everything was working fine. I had a minor issue with a component, and Armando came the next day to fix it. I was impressed by the excellent customer service and urgency of Modern Comfort and Air to back their work. I waited all summer to post this review and am pleased to say that my equipment didn't have any issues, even after one of the worst heat waves we have had in recent years. I'm very thankful I decided to go with Modern Comfort and Air.

Our AC stopped working at the beginning of this crazy heat wave. I called Modern Comfort and Air and Armando immediately came out to troubleshoot. We wanted someone to maintain our HVAC system with regular visits and had a hard time finding a company. When we did, they didn't show up at the agreed time - twice! Armando was awesome! He showed up right when he said he would and found the problem right away, BUT that wasn't all, he still did a thorough inspection of the system and found a very dangerous problem inside the motor area and fixed it all up for us. He had it running within just s couple of hours, he knew exactly what parts we needed and got them quickly. Not to mention what a nice and professional guy he was. Very pleased with the whole process.

A/C went out and Armando was able to come out quickly and was able to pinpoint what was wrong and was able to get out A/C back and running in no time. Super helpful and paid attention to detail. He even went out of his way to give our outdoors unit a quick wash to make sure it was running at optimal performance. Armando took his time in explaining what caused our issue and how to avoid it. That is something others would not do, but I appreciate Armando's honesty and will be keeping Modern Comfort and Air as my contact for future maintenance visits and repairs (which I hope will be few and far between).

A technician was able to come out to see what was causing my mini split AC unit to drip within 2 hours of my call. He fixed it in an hour and didn’t charge anything for the fix!

This was one of the best if not THE best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Armando was incredibly thorough, speedy and professional with his services. He was available for all our questions and provided valuable education on what repairs were covered under warranty in order to save some money. There was absolutely no pressure to continue with recommended services which I always appreciate, as I really dislike pushy salesmen. We are beyond satisfied with the services provided, my only regret is not finding Armando sooner. I will be ranting and raving about his company to all my friends and family this summer 😎.
