I’ve heard of smell good plumbers but never disguised as HVAC professionals. My experience was great! They gave me a recommendation on my old AC unit because I didn’t have the budget to get a brand new unit. My AC was blowing super hot and barely making a dent to cool my house. The cleaned the unit and ducts with a few minor upgrades to my super old unit and it is working great now! I had 4 other ac companies come in with zero help except wanting to bankrupt my bank account. I am so glad I found this company! Kudos

Had my unit installed. Nicole went above and beyond. Unit was put in my home in a timely manner. She communicated what would be done and when. Very satisfied.

Erik was our tech and he was very thorough in handling the annual tune up for our old unit. He also went beyond by checking the coils in the attic, which were very dirty with mold. He cleaned it up as best as he could and now we can expect cleaner air circulation in our house. This is the second time that Staycool Airflow has serviced our house and their service has been great. Reaching someone on the phone on a Saturday evening was a surprise and good to know that they are available.

Very happy I found this company! I called this morning for a preventative maintenance service, and Nicole was able to fit me in the same day!
The owner himself came out and was very thorough, kind and PATIENT (as my husband had a ton of questions, that Brian seemed to enjoy answering and taking with him about).
We have a 35 year old house with duct issues so Brian willingly got his ladder and went up in the attic crawl space to investigate! And then held the ladder so my hubby could see for himself. So far Brian has offered some really good solutions, that give us hope. He already showed he's willing to go above & beyond. Spectacular services from owner Will and technicians Danny & Erik. Great price for amazing service. Saw their number on a work truck at the grocery store and was able to have tech Erik at my house the following day for a quote/inspection and a brand new AC unit installed 3 days later. Fastest appointment I’ve ever experienced. Great with animals and respectful of our home. I will continue to use Staycool for my heating & AC needs from hence forth, they are superb!

I had an amazing experience with Staycool. They were on time and extremely professional. I got multiple quotes and they were definitely the lowest and I’m so happy I went with them. They were more than half the cost of NEXGEN and I feel like I got better service as well. I had my A/C relocated from one side of my house to the other and they installed a new unit. They took the old unit and left no signs of them even being at my house. Excellent service and I highly recommend. Great price great service and extremely professional. You can’t go wrong with Stay Cool.

The owner Will is great as well as the technicians Erik and Danny! Super nice, great work, they let my dogs roam around. Picked up the trash and EVEN SWEPT MY GARAGE YALL. this is where it’s at for your heating and AC needs. They installed a brand new AC unit in a day and sent a follow up technician the following day for last check! They’re local to Riverside CA, got their info from one of their trucks driving around town. Would highly recommend Staycool Airflow AC & Heating as tour go to AC/heat place!!! *edit! Hasco replaced my A/C system in my home. Here are some words that come to mind when I thinking of HASCO. Professional, Honest, Clean, Punctual, knowledgeable, Friendly.

Customer service was outstanding. Based on this alone I would recommend them. They spent a good while searching for the pump I needed for my application.
I absolutely recommend them to others.

AC capacitor blew during the heat wave and called to get a spare, they have them in stock so I stopped by but they wanted three times the price of what you can find elsewhere. When asked why so much the tech smirked and said they're a "retail store" with an "it's hot and we have what you need so take it or leave it" attitude. Didn't appreciate the attitude or the rip off price so I left and found Grainger down the street. 15 minutes later I'm walking out with a brand new part for thirty bucks, AC running like a champ no thanks to these guys. and FYI for any do-it-yourselfers Home Depot carries fuses for 15 bucks. Good Luck!

Heating system on a 4 ton Maytag unit was not operating. Ray Mapstead correctly diagnosed the suspected problem and ordered replacement parts. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will request Ray for any further work .

I had the BEST experience at Hasco in Riverside! I dont even know where to start.. My motor for my A.C went out and I went to Grainger, (was closest to home) and it ended up being the wrong decision. Not only was the lady not helpful, but had absolutely no knowledge of anything. SO, I googled and found Hasco in Riverside and decided to give them a call. BEST decision EVER! The receptionist was SO sweet and friendly. So I decided that was my go to place. I went to Hasco with my broken pieces in hopes that they would have my parts.. as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the same receptionist who took my call. Immediately she offered me a seat and an iced cold cup of water. She helped me find my part in no time and managed to get me my parts THE SAME DAY, LITERALLY WITHIN 30 MINS. I was so grateful that Kayla ( the receptionist) helped me and made my search for my motor piece simple. Hasco in Riverside is definitely the place to go to! As soon as I got home I put the piece back in the unit and my A.C sounded beautiful! Once again it Purrs and my house no longer will be used as a Sauna. 😂
