The guy was rude that showed up to my house, I had to ask him to leave.

Our company uses them for our entire senior living complex. A unit continued to malfunction and shut off during the peak of heat. Raising the temp inside the unit to 80-85 degrees. They took 3 days to come out on a emergency call. Did not fix it. It continued to malfunction to this date. We call each day for someone to come out, we are on day 3 of no response. Horrible customer service.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This place is quick to take your money and slow to service. DO NOT call them if you need fast reliable service. I called when my air went out during a heatwave. The old guy, Ron (im mentioning his age because it might have something to do with the delay) came out and suggested I get a whole new unit. Told me he would put the ticket in that day. He did not, he waited 5 days because "he was on hold too long". I tried to explain the sense of urgency to him being that it was 95 degrees in my house and I have small children and pets and I was constantly told to just wait and "calm down". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The receptionist Lawerence, and I call him that because his exact words were "ma'am, I just answer the phone" when I was trying to ask questions, Lawerence I'd extremely rude and continually passing the buck on who's to blame. When asked for the Manager or owners name he said he could not give out that information lol okay Almost a month later and I still dont have a working ac. MORAL OF THE STORY: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM. GUARENTEE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT COMPLETE SERVICES.

For Air Conditioning/Heater needs, we always call “Thermal Cool” because they have always been great! This past Sunday evening: Our air conditioner suddenly quit blowing cool air. Monday morning at 7:55, I called “Thermal Cool”. Within an hour, they had arrived at our home! After promptly assessing the situation, they fixed our A/C with parts from their truck. Thank you to a high quality, personable, and dependable team of Magic!

I was in a bind and all the ac companies knew when I called to get a quote and tried to rape me on price. I called Thermacool they were able to fix my commercial ac unit and get my employees cool again. I’m a customer for life one stop shop with great values.

David Palma came to fix the water pressure device this morning, he was very professional, did a best clean job, he answered all my questions, I would receive this young man for the job

I hired this company to come clean out my heating system prior to winter. They found a crack heat exchanger and was told that I needed a brand new furnace and could not just replace my heat exchange and that it would cost me 5k+ for a replacement. The tech who showed up to my house named Gabriel lic#713817 decided to just through all the lose furnace parts into the housing area and told me he could not do anything about it, packed his thing and left me with a non working furnace. I have done this before and have never seen anyone disassemble a whole furnace for cleaning including gas lines and electrical pieces. I went with a different company and was able to get the issue resolved and the techs worked was heavily criticized negatively.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look for a local HVAC expert and stay away from this scam of a company.

Never had a bad experience with this company! Most recently had a main line sewer block requiring extensive work and clean out install. The gentlemen who repaired our line were timely, communicative, and did fantastic work. They were also respectful of our neighbor, whose property sits partly atop our outlet. Highly highly recommend.

We have had MB plumbing, heating & AC service for over 12 years, this time the main sewer line was clogged. Eddie cleared out the sewer line quickly, also told us to drain water to my kitchen sink, bathrooms, toilets and washer to test that all lines are working well. Highly recommend this company!

Jacob is a good guy and he knows how to do a lot of plumbing. He came to my house in Riverside to fix my waterlines This guy should get a raise

I called for an advertised HVAC maintenance and water heater flush. Note: my heater worked great before calling, but I figured some preventative maintenance would benefit longevity.
I left work early to be home within the arrival time frame. I received a call 2 hours into the appointment window informing me the technician couldn't make it. I rescheduled my appointment.
At the next appointment, the technician opened up my heating system, took pictures, quoted me several hundred dollars to clean the blower wheel/housing, charged me $149 to order 3 new filters, and told me I would need to make another appointment to have the water heater flushed.
At the third appointment I made with this company, my water heater was finally flushed, and a filter I ordered was installed.
My water heater works great. My heater, however, now blows lukewarm air at best. Very inconvenienced throughout this ordeal and incredibly disappointed.
