Lee came out and saved me big time. I have two AC units, upstairs and down. The downstairs went out. I had multiple companies come out and attempt to diagnose the problem but no one could figure it out. Instead, these companies threw outrageous prices for either a new system or new compressor. Lee came out, worked for a few hours and realized it was the motherboard that went bad. He swapped out the boards from upstairs and downstairs units and like magic, it worked! Saved me thousands of dollars. I can’t recommend this company enough

Professional and top notch service. I did not tell Lee my kids bedrooms were not getting enough air flow in the summer. When he was inspecting the system in the attic, he saw the ducts were installed incorrectly and explained why after asking if our master bedroom was getting too much air. I highly recommend Henson and Son Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing service or full replacement!

I scheduled an appointment to have my dad’s system looked at. It’s over 30 years old. Lee was friendly and easy to discuss things with. He showed up early and explained everything he was doing. Ran and tested the system. Still runs well but it is old! Changed out return filter grill, so much nicer look now and insulated the refrigerant line outside. Gave options on replacement and costs. Was upfront and no pushy sales crap. Highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future on my own home. Thanks for your help Lee!

We had them come out to do some minor work on our ducts for an addition, they were able to help detect and fix an issue with the previous ductwork that was installed and saved our unit from overworking. We trust them and they gave us a great deal. We are thankful for their expertise and the time they took to not only do the work, but to do it right. Thankful for honest companies like this!!

Great service, was able to get them the same day I called. During a heatwave my AC stopped working, they were in and out within a hour and problem was solved. Highly recommend Henson and Sons!
