Vortex Air Balance sent their specialist Paul to our restaurant yesterday for an air balance check, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. He carefully inspected our kitchen and pointed out that the existing motor was too small for the size of our hood. He explained everything clearly and professionally, and completed the motor replacement perfectly.

What impressed me the most was Paul’s thoroughness and reliability. Even though the work required two days, he always arrived exactly on time and made sure every detail was done correctly. The price was also much more reasonable compared to other companies I checked.

For any restaurant that needs an air balance inspection required by the Health Department, I highly recommend Vortex—especially Paul. Their professionalism, honesty, and quality of work are outstanding.

Great company. I’ve used them a few times, for both my heating and air conditioner. I have a really old system and it constantly needs repair. I can always count on them for fast and excellent service. The owner is very upfront with his prices and is always looking to get me the best deal. Planning with them on a full install of a new system this summer. Highly recommend!
