Had an absolutely wonderful experience from quote to install with Lee and his team. Lee had upmost professionalism, a no nonsense approach that delivered a clear and accurate approach of what was needed and at one of the most competitive prices in the SoCal area (Riverside specifically).

Thank you to Devon and Armando for your attention to detail to your craft, and customer service. Could not recommend this team more if you are in the market for AC work ( in my case it was pre-emptive condenser and airhandler replacement).

To note - if your in the Riverside area do your research on our aqmd requirements. I really wanted a gas furnace replacement, however the Low Nox requirements leave the gas furnaces in our area quite dismally unreliable. I ended up pivoting to heat pump to hopefully take advantage of rebates and incentives and the rather high overall seer ratings.

I got home from my son's practice late one night to a hot house. The air was blowing but it wasn't cold. I contacted Henson and Son's, and they were quick with their response. The owner actually came out the following morning after leaving another job, diagnosed the problem quickly. Found the replacement part, and got it installed. This happened on the hottest week of the summer, of course, and they were quick and professional.. the house cooled like it was supposed to again. We are very happy we used Henson and Son's, and would highly recommend them to anyone having issues!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! They went above and beyond trying to repair our old unit, but when it was clear a new one was needed, they made the process as smooth as possible. Their pricing was very competitive, and the communication from start to finish was outstanding. Lee with Henson and Sons did an amazing job. he came out and serviced my air conditioning unit at my house and then the next day he came out to my salon and service my air conditioning unit there as well. he is now my go to airman and I would recommend him to anyone.

We've been using Thermal Cool for our commercial a/c and heating systems for 5+ years now. They have done a great job in keeping our systems in good working order with general scheduled maintenance and filter changes. They are also generally responsive in a timely manner and even during the hottest parts of the year when I know they are super busy, they try and find a way to squeeze us in at the end of their workday when something is not working. Their prices are about average or sometimes a little bit lower than other companies I have worked with.
