Today Andrew came out to do a maintenance. He was very thorough with his inspection and he listened to my concerns and was able to offer me a solution . I am very pleased with the outcome andrew is very patient and kind and respectful highly recommend .

Had a problem with my furnace/heater not working which I can't have not work with a little one at home with me. Carlos came out can got it fixed and taken care of way quicker than what I was expecting. I keep using this company because they continually get the job done and are professional and courteous. This company was responsive like most of the reviews stated. The technician was professional. However, beware of cost .My unit was not blowing cold air. Andrew cleaned it and stated he replaced the "battery" which I later realized was a capacitor and charged me $975.00 ! It was definitely a big bill for a "battery ".

I have never worked with such a generous and kind company. Angel, Raul and Carlos worked above and beyond to clean my ductwork. I would recommend them to anyone who wants outstanding work at an affordable price.

Today April 6 2024, I was scheduled for maintenance on my furnace and Air Condition. I am very satisfied with Carlos and his professionalism. He explained everything that was needed. He did his job in a timely manner. 10 stars!!

An absolute horrible experience. They came out, told me the issue and they did their thing. After it was supposedly fixed, the ac air came out the same as before (not going below 90 degrees on thermostat). They refused to do anything else on the spot because they did what was going to be the best outcome. I was shocked, they informed me to give the system 24 hrs and indeed after such time nothing was fixed. Customer service and the personnel were awful, refused to fix it or do anything since they advise me that was going to be the best outcome. Avoid this place, there are other AC Repair places for much cheaper that actually fix it.

Needed maintance on my air conditioner and heard good things about Ace so I called. I wasn’t disappointed. Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable about their services and, answered all my questions.

This company sent a couple of unqualified guys to install a mini split AC system in my double wide mobile home, there were many mistakes and poor Workmanship. This must have been the first time these guys installed a mini split system because they didn't know how the parts should be installed and they didn't have proper tools to the job. I live in Running Springs, and I needed air conditioning here in the mountains the service repair man that came over Duke, was very knowledgeable and and friendly. He explained that the mountains had been needing air-conditioning more so now than ever before around the prices were fair to High. Ace came in somewhere in between. I feel like I got a great deal.Thank you Duke for all that you do and stay cool Because we can say we’re cool now too. The installation Smootthly and all the areas where I had no Idea, Duke explained to me in terms I could understand.

For all the home owners out there maintenance is a must for your AC. I recently had Ace company come out and do a maintenance on my ac. I didn't really do one when I first moved in cause of personal issues, buuuut I call ACE and spoke with Rosa she was sweet she explained everything that we will be getting in our maintenance for a good price which was not a bad deal especially if your in a budget like I was. So she scheduled me in for a next day which was great cause all the other companies told me 2 weeks out. Andrew came great guy he really gave us the step by step on what's going on with our AC unite cause we had explained there was not enough cold air in certain areas of our home, he checked out the AC and told us we had a bad leak that's why we weren't getting much cold air in our home. He gave us an estimate on what could be done which was not bad the company was welling to negotiate the price which helped alot cause we have so much payments and we weren't sure if we can afford it so thank you sean for understanding our situation. So we end up charging up our AC unit but he hit a bump Andrew had informed us that there's a big leak and he had to call his supervisor Abe he such a fantastic guy came by and checked with the leak and basically told us our AC is done, kaput.we can charge up the AC but it wouldn't hold cause of the leak and gave us suggestions on replacing the AC unit because ours was 30 years old. After hard consideration we decided on replacing our unit and signed up the payment plans they suggested to us. Which was not as bad as we thought Abe was really thorough on explaining everything, gave use a really good deal I was so overwhelmed with the thought of having no AC for the 3rd year. ACE company did helped us A LOT we are truly grateful and appreciative 🙏 for hours of help. They were so quick to install as well they came the next day and did it all in half of days work. I will keep them as my ac company for any further repairs or maintenance.

​I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. A technician came to my home to inspect my AC unit and said they would return later the same day to fix it, but they never showed up. They also promised to come the next day and still haven't arrived, and it's already 4 p.m. To make matters worse, they asked for and received a deposit, and now I'm out of that money with nothing to show for it. Their lack of communication and follow-through is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Didn’t select value because they came to me via American Home Shield, so it only cost me a $75 deductible, but I cannot recommend them highly enough on all the other areas!

They are as honest as they come. We used them twice via our home warranty at my parents' home. They were reliable, efficient, honest, friendly, trustworthy and just good people. They replaced the motor, fan and cleaned out our A/C system.

Professional and reliable service. John installed my current heating and air conditioning system. They are prompt, knowledgable and really go the extra mile for their customers. If you're in the Corona, Riverside, or Moreno Valley area they should be your first and only call!

I cannot recommend Ample Air Systems enough! They regularly provide friendly, professional service but today they went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I had heat before some expected cold and rainy weather. They did this even though I am a tenant, not the one approving and paying the bills. I feel safer knowing that I can rely on them to help keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The saying, "Team Work makes Dream Work" couldn't have been more appropriate for this company! The husband/wife duo are an absolute delight to be acquainted with in time of need!

On a cold dark November evening when our heater decided to not work, and we were freezing in our house, we called them after hours hoping they can come the next day. Instead after a long day of work, they called us back and helped us troubleshoot the issue and got it resolved over the phone. Something NO company does! They did not charge us a dime since they didn't come in person!!!

While they have visited us in the past a few times, they are extremely knowledgeable, and honest with their findings and work.

They have so far helped us safe thousands on unnecessary replacement and repair cost that other companies try to take advantage of and charge us.

If you have any kind of HVAC related issues, I implore you to call them. You'll thank yourself you did!
