I've used Ample Air twice. The first time was during a home warranty repair of a thermostat. The second time was just today when they came out to replace the inducer motor on our forced air furnace. This time was not a home warranty visit, so the expense came out of my own pocket. The great thing though is that Ample charged me only about half the cost of what another highly recommended contractor wanted. John and Tina came out as a team and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. It's nice to do business with people who are friendly, honest and locally based. They will have all our heat and air business from now on. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely a waste of money, showed up, stayed in the car for 20 minutes, then 10 minutes inside looking on YouTube videos on how to fix the fridge, gave an outrageous quote, almost half the price of a new fridge, took his $69 and left. Save your time and money and call someone who knows what they are doing

Called these guys in a random search - our A/C was broken in the middle of a heat wave. Technician came in the evening, and quoted us a price to fix, we agreed as we were desperate for the repair. I researched after the fact only to find they charged us more than double what is standard. Bixi refused to provide an itemized invoice despite calling several times. The operator wouldn't connect me with anyone at the main office. They have multiple websites and multiple addresses for their "business" (which I also suspect is to bury negative reviews like my own). DO NOT USE!!!
