Ace came out replaced my heater and ac, also my ducts. Would highly recommend this company because of their professionalism along with very helpful workers.

Chris set up a checkup on our HVAC system. He conducted him self very professionaly and the service was performed in a timely manner. ACE HVAC and Chris gets a two thumps up from me.

Bad customer service, not professional, I had my properties done with ace. They didn't pull permits like they said they would. Un responsive. Don't spend your money here. Permits where supposed to be taken care of. As of yet no permits.

Manny and his assistant where amazing did there job right where clean and professional answered all of our questions and were very informative I recommend anyone that needs an hvac service to contact them 5 stars in all areas nice people

The worst AC company around here in Inland Empire,they came to my house to check my AC unit and instead off telling that i need a mew system they changed some parts to make me pay and they they came up 3 days later saying that i need a new system.They gave me a really high quote for the system and then i had 3 days ti decide to go witj them or find somebody else,which i did ,but the worst thingvwas that they stole my AC unit from my backyard without my approval and now they are asking me to pay for the repair and the part that they changed,bring my unit back ACE and don’t steal something that doesn’t belong to you

Michael came out late on Thanksgiving Eve. My entire family was on the way home.. he is amazing and a lifesaver.. would recommend to everyone 6 stars..

My AC stopped working and ACE sent Shawn, the supervisor out. He got my system working again! Thank you ACE, will definitely recommend.

Called ace home for a maintenance on my system they sent out Carlos very nice guy he brought us a filter took care of our ac and heating needs as well as educated us on what was going on and how the system works thank you carlos

I have a newborn baby, my furnace wasn’t working properly, my aunt recommended Ace Heating and Air, right away they came, they were concern for my baby, they took care of the issues it was the thermostat and started functioning, Thank you Ace Heating and Air.

Terrible experience. Our service got rescheduled 5 times and had to call them over and over again. They have 2 addresses listed on Google, but they don’t have any physical store location. All staff are remote. Horrible customer care. Would definitely recommend to avoid this business.
