My Husband and I air unit went completely out . And Alex Maslow with Avalon Air . Was right on time . To help us get our air back on and running . He showed up on time. He was very professional and quick .When he finish he explained to us what he did and what needed to be replaced .

Great honest work is hard to come by now and days, this company came out with the same day and fixed my vents and serviced my unit. They are a great team. Father and son (support local businesses) they where in and out within 2 hours tops I highly recommend avalon air to all eastvale residents/ all surrounding cities!!

Alex came out on a hot 4th of July which was not just a holiday but a Sunday! He took care of my AC and although he had to order my part, he temporarily fixed my unit to give me cold Air while we wait to everything opened because it was a holiday. Thank you Alex for not leaving me stranded with no AC on a very hot day!

Alex was a huge help in a rather concerning situation. My tenants called the other day saying that water was leaking from the A/C unit within the ceiling of my condo. Alex made time for us to come check it out within hours of my call. He was super efficient in diagnosing what was causing the leak & able to unclog my A/C’s condensate drain line in no time. I had a great experience with Avalon Air Conditioning. They came out the next day first thing in the morning, and after about an hour or two of troubleshooting was able to fix our system on the spot. They used a quality product to replace the default part, and provided an excellent service for a great price!

The service was truly incredible. Geoffrey showed up promptly to inspect my 30-year-old oil furnace which was malfunctioning (randomly turning off). The quality of service was top-notch and reasonably priced. He's very polite, knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest, and he saved me over $6000. I had two other furnace repair services come to my place and tell me I needed a new furnace or it would cost thousands of dollars to repair! Geoffrey, however, fixed it during that same visit, ensuring my kids could stay warm. I'd vouch for him for all furnace repair services. He took his time to explain all our systems to us and pinpointed the problem. He also inspected our air conditioning unit and gave us advice on the best times to service it without trying to push us to service equipment that wasn't necessary. All this happened in riverside.

We were looking to substitute our outdated AC system with a new heat pump unit and include vent dampers in the ducts for dual-zone control. Geoffrey took the time to walk us through all the necessary details, explaining the optimum choices for our circumstances and potential rebates we could get with the new system. Choosing Riverside Bros to manage our project was a no-brainer. The installation team, Nolan and Braden, were exceptional. They arrived on time and showed great professionalism. It was astonishing how quickly they removed the old system and installed the new one. All the plumbing and wiring for the new thermostats were taken care of, and they tested everything before leaving. They even took the time to guide me through the new system's functionalities, explaining the thermostats' step-by-step features and how to link the app on my phone for control.
