I am so happy that our new air conditioner was installed quickly. It is hot outside! Robert from Total Air came out the next morning after our call and examined the problem and provided solutions. The very next day they installed a new air conditioner that has been performing perfectly. I highly recommend this service. Our furnace needed repair. Total Air provided several options for fixing our furnace or replacing it with a more efficient furnace. After researching several options Total Air offered us the best cost for the replacement furnace. The installation was done quickly and with minimal disruption. They were very protective of surrounding flooring and furniture. Clean up of the area around where the unit was installed might have been cleaner after he left than before. Very happy with the end result.

We submitted a request through our home warranty program (Old Home Republic) and they initially gave us the contact information for a company with just one star. My husband called back and requested a different vendor and we were given Total Air and felt confident given their ratings. Robert was able to come to our house earlier than expected which was great and he was very professional and respectful. Robert took the time to explain the problem to me and ensured that the problem was fixed before leaving. Because of Robert's professionalism I requested his card for future reference and I will be sure to share this company with anyone who has heating and air conditioning needs.

Robert came to our rescue this afternoon, we just moved into our house not so long ago and and there was a malfunction with our A/C. He was able to see us the same day, gave us a detailed explanation of what is going on with the existing unit. He made a temporary adjustment to the unit (which we greatly appreciate) until we get the quotes to actually do the repairs. Nice guy and reasonable!

Rob has come to service our AC/heater several times now and he is always upfront and professional. I am particularly happy with the reminders Total Air gives to remind me to get the service done before the Summer sets in.

I was very pleased with the services I received. First off; Robert was polite and easy to speak with over the phone, he went over initial fees and approximate estimation of what it may cost before he came out, he was even able to come the same day. Arrived on time (along with his Son), greeted me with a mask on and shoes covered and went right to work. Soon my heat was working again and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg; his prices were reasonable with quality work he even cleaned up afterwards. When I called, Robert and Bobby showed up within the hour. They were courteous and taught us a few things about how heating systems work. I had a gas leak on my old furnace so I called Total Air for help. Robert arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He also assessed my current system and determined that it was very old & would likely need a lot of repairs in the near future. He was very honest about my options and I decided to purchase a new system. There were no pushy sales tactics and I appreciated that. During installation, Robert took great care to make sure the work area stayed clean. He was very informative and educated me every step of the way. He even arranged for a carpenter to come in and make sure the integrity of the furnace cabinet was maintained when it had to be removed to change out the systems. I can’t say enough what a good experience this has been. Total Air & Robert Fournier have been exceptional and excellent!

Robert with Total Air is the absolute best! in the past three years, I've had Total Air install a new 5 ton compressor, troubleshoot an issue with my Nest Thermostat, and troubleshoot an issue with my furnace. Robert is always responsive, on time, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, prepared, provides good estimates, works quickly, and has reasonable rates. I called this morning around 730; I spoke with Robert who was amazing, helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Our entire A/C unit was not working. He said he would be out this morning. We called Total Air and Heating when a yellow Maintenance Alert came up on our thermostat. We weren’t to sure what it meant as we have only lived in our newly constructed home about 1 1/2 years, but wanted to make sure to have it looked at to keep problems away. We were pleased when Total Air promptly made a appointment for the next morning. Robert and his assistant/son Bobby arrived on time and explained that the thermostat was letting us know that it was time for a maintenance check of all parts of the air conditioning/heating unit, all filters and checking wires and connectors to make sure all was working properly. Not only did they check, tighten, replace and clean things but recommended a part that would help our unit not work so hard and help our unit last longer. We run our unit almost all year long so for Robert to suggest something that will help out in the long run was welcomed information. As they were finishing up, Robert asked if I had any questions. Little did he know I had a few. He graciously answered and described why and how things worked or what I needed to know so that I could help keep the unit in great shape. It was so nice to have a knowledgeable explanation of the answers he gave and he never made me feel like he needed to rush out. Wonderful care of his customer’s concerns and needs. Robert couldn't have been better! Service was efficient and effective, he explained everything, was incredibly friendly, and was very detailed and made every effort to make the experience the best. I got a call back so quickly when setting up the appointment, and he was literally at my front door the minute our window opened. I don't think I've ever had someone be that punctual for a repair call before. And to top it all off he gave me free coupons as well- don't hesitate if you are looking around and reading reviews- give Robert a call now!

We had an issue with our old furnace. Robert came out within a couple of hours on a Saturday. He checked it out thoroughly and found the problem. Our heating and air conditioning system was over 30 years old and we were already considering complete replacement. We set up a meeting for Monday morning, and Robert arrived with an estimate to repair the existing furnace along with 3 options for complete system replacement. The price for replacement was very fair and they have excellent warranties and service plans. Robert did a fantastic job!!! We could not be happier. He is very knowledgeable and puts customer satisfaction first. We received a text each morning when he was on the way and he showed up on time as promised. Robert made sure that he kept the working areas clean during the day and before he left for the evening. All of our questions were answered and he was very helpful showing us how the new system worked. I would HIGHLY recommend Total Air to anyone who has an issue.
