I highly recommend Total Air. Owner Robert is honest, respectful and hard working. He was always on time and never left a mess in our home. He explained all of our options clearly and did not pressure us, just gave us a professional recommendation. I truly appreciated that he left us with a portable AC while our AC was out. He has done excellent work and you can count on this company to do great work. And if you need the extra push, my dog is very territorial/protective, and my dog loved Robert as soon as they met. :-) Robert just came out in October to perform the annual maintenance of our HVAC and of course was thorough, explained what he did, and answered my question. The company will come back in March/April for annual maintenance of our AC. Outstanding company!

Robert came out to do a Ac service for a house we were selling. He explained everything he would do and set to work on it. I was amazed at how thorough he was, even cleaning out the leaves that were inside the fan unit AND putting them in the trash! He replaced the batteries in the thermostat too. After he was done, he checked the cooling temps at the intake and vents to show it's efficiency. All in al in totally satisfied with the time he took and his professional way Robert took care of us.

I reached out to Robert b/c he did repairs on my old AC a few years ago. He was very honest about the condition of my old system and yet, he gave me choices and let me make the decision with no pressure. So, last month my AC broke again and Robert came checked my whole system carefully and gave me the same choices including simple repairs. This time, I decided to completely change my heating and cooling system and Robert did a wonderful job. He is very professional, came on time and finished on time. Robert and his son are very humble and hard working people! Thank you

Highly recommend using Total Heating and Air Conditioning. When I needed help with my air conditioner, I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was given some options and everything was explained to me so I felt like I was making an informed decision. I decided to put a new AC and nest thermostat in. Robert and Bobby did a great job! Communication was top notch. I received appointment reminders and ETA updates. Everything was done in a day and they left everything cleaner than it was previously. I’ve been so impressed with their work I even recommended Total Heating and Air Conditioning to my parents. Happy to have someone I can trust to handle my heating and cooling needs!

Updated update: Now his son has been coming solo and let me tell you, he’s gone from Apprentice to Professional! The integrity of this business is definitely being carried on! Transparency, incredible work inside and outside on the HVAC, explains what’s been done and always clean when he leaves! And of course just a pleasant person all around. Thank you always.

THAT says a lot! Consistency in a company’s integrity says a whole lot in today’s business world. So if you are looking for a reliable and honest A/C company, these are the guys!

The most friendly and professional people I have ever experienced coming out to our home. Always completely clean up after themselves and so incredibly sincere and honest. Would recommend them to everyone!

Robert was responsive, within 2 hours. He immediately went about checking the A/C system to search out the problem we were having. He identified the problem and fully explained it to me. He made the necessary repair and we have been very happy that the unit continues to work properly now. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is professional, timely, thorough, explains the problem, and makes the repair, ALL for a good competing price.

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received from Total Air. We used Total Air as a second opinion because the first company we called just pushed us to get a new system. Robert, our technician (and owner), provided his evaluation which included a sensible option to repair our system so we could get the full life out of it. Robert was upfront, didn’t over complicate things with “tech” language, and was just a down right good person. I highly recommend you give Total Air a call.

I called them on a Wednesday for help with an issue, and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t available due to work, but they were incredibly accommodating and adjusted to my schedule, coming the following day instead. The team was amazing—very professional and efficient, getting to work as soon as they arrived. I really appreciate their flexibility in finding a time that worked for me that same week and the excellent service they provided. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Robert! He was communicative, timely, and very friendly. He was upfront about the cost and provided me with an explanation after fixing our heating system. We are super grateful that they could come out to us on the same day of our request.

Had the heater serviced this morning and just as anyone would like, zero issues. There were zero issues scheduling, with service or with the equipment. Thanks to everyone at Total Air, see you in May!

I called at 6:45am and they were very prompt, courteous, and affordable. By 11am the issue was fixed and everyone was much happier to face the 105 degree day. Thank you to Robert we will definitely recommend you and call on you if we ever need service again.

Robert and Bobby did a great job putting in a new A/C unit (condenser and evaporative coil), with a new copper line set, new thermostat new drain pan, and new circuit board in the furnace (FYI, didn't know what any of this terminology before the A/C condenser died 2 weeks ago). Our regular A/C company (I won't name here) had done a good job fixing and keeping our 40-year original unit working the past few years, but when it finally died, their estimate seemed too high. Robert's estimate for the same work (plus a few additional fixes to the setup in our attic -- like moving the gas line shut-off to a place where it is now accessible and that I would have never known about) was $2400 less. And they were able to start work the next day. They did a great job and cleaned up the work area each day. I absolutely recommend them if your A/C unit dies.
