DJ, Reid and Anthony installed my new system in a very professional and timely manner. They were gentlemen and very friendly. They all took time to answer any questions I had without hesitation. The office reached out to me quickly to set up an appointment. The technician, Josh, was very knowledgeable and walked me through the issues. The motor was thoroughly cleaned the inside cabinet and outside unit. The company worked with my schedule and has affordable financing available. I highly recommend them for their honesty and knowledge of air conditioning systems. Josh also checked that everything was working before he left.

From David to Michale, Joe , Anthony, Reie, the whole caribou family is great, they have done awesome job, from sale to install. They worked with my family to get us a good price on a hvac unit, installation the crew lets you know step by step what they are doing and when it will be done. As a homeowner finding a company like this is a dream come true. I did all the important steps when choosing a company and after getting several quotes I came back to Caribou. Joe (Owner) had attention to detail that other companies did not show when coming into my home. Between wearing booties on his boots or putting drop cloths on our clothes to ensure that insulation from the attic does not get on our clothes, this is what set him apart from the rest. I knew that choosing him I would not only get quality installation but I would also get a quality experience as a whole. Three days later he even followed up to see how I liked my new unit. Joe and Anthony were excellent. They conducted a thorough inspection of my A/C system and provided helpful recommendations on which repairs to prioritize. I truly appreciate their professionalism and expertise.

David Pagano did a thorough inspection of the proposed repairs/replacement of our AC system. He is impressive in all respects. He gave alternatives system wise/cost alternatives for the said system. Although the project is not imminent I’m tending to give good considerations in case we will proceed with the project. Again, thank you for your kind attention.

I seen the you tube advertisement and was interested, like a probably to good to be true Ad. Then I begin in contact with Tammy from the office a few months ago trying to get an appt done. I appreciate all her consistency and letting me know they were still there for our needs.
Then we met David who is a great sales rep during a scheduled meeting about all the info for the new AC unit and heat system. Total professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the company and products. We purchased are system with total understanding of the beginning to end process.
Finally, the install crew went above and beyond with a total breakdown of my old 2006 system to a newer model in 2 days. They did run into some snags from my house but communicated with me and fixed the issues. They are professional, reliant, efficient, knowledgeable and caring crew. We are thankful for the whole Caribou company.

David from Caribou Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning performed a great service on my AC unit and Heating with recommendations and performed my filter replacement as a courtesy.

E was very prompt and efficient. He explained to me exactly what hecwas doing and why. He shared pictures of my furnace and was very thorough about what I need. Very courteous and friendly. He made the visit non stressful and he was very polite.

9/30/25, Overall I'm extremely happy with the service, work ethic of the crew. Fast, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up all messes and debris. They answered all my questions before leaving and adjusted air vents to ensure the best air flow. Also suggested I get better vents if I wanted to increase my airflow. Found Caribou Comfort on YouTube. Joe and Anthony replaced my 27-year-old unit with an Innovair Slim4 Heat Pump split system which looks and operates perfectly. They were punctual and always professional. No mess after install. I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed.

The technician that came out to our house, E was great. Very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He took pictures, showed me some areas of concern, and gave me recommendations. I really appreciate that he gave me options and recommendations without trying to hard sell me on anything. I will definitely be using them in the future when/if I need any HVAC repairs/replacement.

We had “E” come out for our annual heater check up, and he did a great job! Very thorough, friendly, and professional! He let me watch everything he did and was checking for, and explained everything! He even helped me check on our water heater during the check up for no extra charge. Will definitely be calling them again!

Itzcoatl, came out and did our yearly maintenance and was great. He was professional and answered all of our questions. It’s well worth the cost to have professionals like him taking care us. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them
