Great service. We had tune-up done and had an issue with our thermostat. The technicians were quick to diagnose the issue and order the parts. Communidad clear and a couple days later came in o install the new parts, this was all done before this triple digit heat. The technicians and their dispatch was clear on everything and never had any issues. Very reliable service and great.

Responsive, Reliable, Trustworthy, Affordable, & Honest!! I can’t speak highly enough of Jason & Fire-N-Ice!! First of all I was stuck in a heatwave with a broken AC and my family was suffering, and I couldn’t get a soon appt from any AC company. Fire n ice responded super quick to my request, gave me an immediate appointment, & were super friendly! Jason gave me a heads up before arriving, came on time, was respectful and attentive, fixed everything quickly and gave us guidance for future maintenance!! I had put off calling an AC company because I was afraid of the cost; but Jason from Fire n Ice was so generous and the bill was super affordable! I now have a favorite AC company I can *trust* and rely on!

I love this company. We highly recommend Fire N Ice.My home warranty sends horrible contractors and don’t want to stand behind their obligations. I contacted Fire N Ice and they were so friendly and accommodating. It was during the triple digit heat wave and were extremely busy but squeezed me in and sent a crew out to check out our AC system. For over a month they went above and beyond to try and keep our old unit operable through the heatwave but eventually had to replace it. Everyone from the women in the office to the different service guys that we dealt with were extremely nice and understanding. We appreciate all of them. They are honest and compassionate. Fire-N-Ice Air has been a great find. I have been dealing with so many problems with air conditioning companies since I rented out my house. I moved back and used another service and during the coldest winter we have had, I was told I needed another $1800.00 worth of work after I just put out over $4,000.00. After all the problems, I was ready to yank it out and get a whole new system. I got lucky and found Fire-N-Ice, and they have been fabulous. They are honest and do good work. Well I didn't need the $1800.00 worth of work after all. I feel so blessed that I finally found a great company that I can trust. I will continue to use and refer them to my friends and family. Jason and his crew do all they can to provide the best service possible. Again, finally, and thankfully case is closed.

Very good experience with Fire&Ice. They came out promptly and on time. Cleaned and serviced my two AC units and replaced a minor part for a reasonable price. Corey was knowledgeable and took time to explain the specifics of my units. Will definitely be using their service again.

Awesome company. My upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air Monday night at around 8pm, I tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t so I reached out over yelp to Fire n Ice and they came out first thing in the morning and by 9am my system was back up and running. Jason is awesome, knows what he’s talking about, and isn’t there to take advantage. Great company.

A great company. From the beginning to the end of the service. We called for an emergency service, we got a quick response. They got to our house earlier than what they told us for arrival time. They ask us a couple questions of what was wrong with the unit and they Fix the problem quick. Thank you for your help. We definitely recommend fire & ice HVAC.

We used Fire & Ice last year around the same time cause out condenser motor went out. They replaced it and it's been going strong ever since. I called them out today for routine maintenance and they sent out a tech same day!. Davon was super helpful and gave us a bunch of tips and recommendations to help our system over the summer. We are very please with Fire & Ice :)

UPDATE: 6/26/23- had the techs out this morning for a tune up. They cleaned and checked all the electrical components. Very professional and quick. Clean bill of health on my unit.

Found this company on Yelp based on a ton of positive reviews and I completely understand why now. Agent that I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. Emailed details about their monthly subscription package, I had questions about the package so I emailed back and she took the time to call me and answer my questions which was a friendly touch. Technician came out two days later, texted me before arrival so I could cage my dogs up. He was on time, friendly and explained the issue to me in a manner I could understand. He fixed my problem of a clogged primary drain line in the attic in this 110 degree weather in just a few mins, explained how he fixed it and cleaned it out even showed me the clog and excess water lol This is an amazing business and I will be recommending them to co workers and friends when they have AC problems, thank you so much Fire and Ice!

All around, the team at Fire-N-Ice are professional, courteous and nice people. I needed some work at my place of business and when the technician came out, he and his partner were attentive and really listened to everything I had to say. When they were through, the tech took time to explain everything to me (most of the time, the techs assume we know this stuff) in a manner I understood. This is the second time I have placed a service call with them and they will be our go-to company going forward. They are trustworthy and reliable. 5 stars all the way!!

Fire N Ice answered my call after hours and had a tech out first thing the next day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed an aging AC system at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will use for a replacement system when the time comes. The tech was not only prompt but tidy and left the area clean as well.

Overall the service is exceptional. However the brand that was recommended when we purchased is very poor. The system down stairs has broke every summer and required repair. The system upstairs barely keeps my second story cool. After speaking with the maintenance tech several times they always mention the plenum box is not sized correctly on my second story unit. I told them they installed it and asked why they didn't size it correctly when installed. The technician indicated he would let the owner know. So far no call back.

Fire & Ice dispatched their technicians Daniel & Alessio to diagnose and repair a situation with our heating system. The company provided Extremely prompt service! The technicians were very thorough and professional. They clearly communicated the situation and the process required to resolve our systems issue. Fire & Ice is the company that should be contacted by everyone for heating and air conditioning needs!

The Fire N Ice Team are supper professional. I love the text communications they give to confirm your appointment and that their on the way. I equally love that I’m able to pay online as they sent me my bill to my email.

Was in a serious pickle when my friend’s plumbing company wasn’t available. Then I remembered Fire & Ice and a good experience I had with them a few years back and they didn't disappoint! They were at the house in less than 2 hours and got a very difficult job done super fast! Appreciate these guys every time!

I used Fire N Ice to replace both of my AC compressors in July 2022, since then they have been at my home a few times to perform the 6 month and annual checkup service, as well as a return visit to address a minor pressure issue. They are always professional, polite and courteous, and on time.

I appreciate their help anytime I’ve needed them to come out and definitely recommend the company.

I had to schedule a service appointment for a rattle I was hearing When using my whole house fan, I was able to make an appointment and within a couple days Fire N Ice Came out, trouble shot, and resolved the issue pretty quickly. No need for a follow up appointment. The company always provides great service.
