Arrived at the top end of the arrival window time. Professional appearance. Thoroughly explained the repairs needed. Provided me with the damaged parts along with an explanation as to why the parts went bad. Very honest in the analysis of my 20+ year old AC system. Thanked me for my business. No interest in working with anyone else.

This is by far the best service I’ve received from a heating and air company. Got a new unit installed, the service was impeccable! My technicians Da’Von & Josue took the time out to answer all of my questions. Da’Von and Josue explained exactly how everything worked in great detail which was greatly appreciated… This is now my new heating and air company. I’d definitely recommend them anyone.. You just can’t get any better than Fire and Ice Air conditioning!

They have been fantastic. Great customer. Service and great general service. I have the same technician each visit which helps with any issues since he knows my system now.

Cody is really nice and knowledgeable . Our air conditioner was blowing air but it wasn’t cold air coming in. The air conditioning machine wasn’t working so when he went to check it out, there was a wire that was sniped out from when the gardeners were working. He fixed it right away. So glad it didn’t need to be replaced completely. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Cody!

I was in town visiting my mother and the A/C unit stopped working. We were referred to Fire-N-Ice and they did a FANTASTIC job for us. Jason showed up quickly, was extremely professional/personable and quickly identified the part needing to be repaired. He was in and out in less than 1 hour. We highly recommend Fire-N-Ice for your HVAC needs. Great people!

They came to the building to fix the issue where the hot water and cold water was mixing In fact we still don’t even have no cold water. when you turn on the cold water, hot water is still coming out. This supposed been fixed last week ,not only did they not fix that. When they drain the boilers, both boilers at the same time the water overflowed whole courtyard was flooded and my apartment got flooded as well, There a witness that said they drained both broilers at the same time and how water was all over everywhere. The temporary manager @ Fullerton Heights Apt .said no wonder they was finished so fast they didn’t know what they was doing .. Now they trying to say , It wasn’t There fault. How do you have two workers ,working on the roof and nobody comes downstairs to see where all that water is going. The maintenance man had to go upstairs and tail down. The courtyard is flooded and water is Everywhere. These boilers have been drained several times I’ve never happened.. Able to come back out today which is Wednesday, 23 October what damage is gonna happen next? And they trying to say is everybody showerhead need to be changed? That’s why the cold water is coming out of the hot water line.🤨🤨🤨

I honestly can’t say enough about how great Fire-N-Ice handled my water water heater problem. Unfortunately a leak in a pipe from a previous terrible plumbing job destroyed my water heater that was only 5 years old. They didn’t over charge, installed a new heater so quickly and fixed the leak that destroyed the last heater. Great customer service, great company. I definitely recommend them if your in need of work, because they’ve gained a life time customer.

Wonderful experience. They offered guidance on the phone prior to coming out, giving me insights on to what the problem was and how much it would be. Communication was swift, their followed up, and came out when they said they would. Reasonable rates as well. Josue was wonderful, and he had another gentleman with him who was helpful as well. Highly appreciate them.

I can’t say enough great things about Fire N Ice. The owners and technicians are incredibly responsive, friendly, and thorough in every assessment and repair they handle. Anytime an issue comes up, they walk me through what’s going on and make sure everything is fixed the right way.

The inside of the unit and cleaned out the cooling vents around the whole system. There were a couple of issues found but system is in good working order. $59.00 tune up was well worth it.

Caribou comfort just replaced our furnace and ac units. And they were beyond fantastic! They went above and beyond to insure all our requests were fulfilled. The quality of their work was outstanding. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. I absolutely would recommend caribou comfort to anyone!!!

David and Joe knocked our relatively complicated HVAC upgrade out of the park. These guys cost a bit more than the other bids that we got, but the customer service and their steadfast drive to get the job DONE was worth it. They even did some carpentry and drywall repair to get the return air duct doing what I wanted it to do. Not only was the system engineered superbly, but it was implemented flawlessly and the results are fantastic. I just can't say any bad things about this outfit. David in particular is extremely professional and he's not just a paper pusher. He's a doer. Do yourselves a favor and consider these guys for your HVAC needs.
