11/11/2025 Caribou Comfort HVAC company conducted a HVAC maintenance visit. So impressed by the HVAC Technician Itzcoatl, known as “E”. He called ahead of the appointment to introduce himself and let me know he could come a little early if it fit into my schedule. Upon arrival (in the well marked company vehicle) he was well groomed, cheerful and professional in demeanor. We looked at my 6 year old 3 ton gas furnace and he explained the evaluation he was going to do and how long to plan for the visit.

He was not only professional, had a positive attitude and seemed to take pride in his work. He even voiced how much he liked the work, his manager and the company. Upon completion of his work, he took the time to review a detailed checklist and photos educating me on my system what is functioning good and what may be wearing out. I was given a copy. We agreed to replacement of some parts wearing out and a maintenance schedule. I did not feel any high pressure sales.

We scheduled our next maintenance appointment.

Will definitely recommend this company, and without hesitation their technician “E”.

Great company to work with. Joe, the owner, was on top of all aspects of the job. His staff was always courteous and polite. They pay particular attention to details in every aspect of this job. I'm not a HVAC expert, but to me it seemed they never cut corners in their workmanship or in the materials that they used. If anything, they seemed to go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the job

We received outstanding service from Caribou HVAC! I can’t say enough great things about them, July, they moved our air conditioner and did an exceptional job. More recently, they returned to fix our heater, and once again their service was truly outstanding.

E and Joe were amazing throughout the entire process, professional, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and made the whole experience stress-free. Their workmanship and attention to detail were clear from start to finish.

Caribou HVAC has been reliable, trustworthy, and consistently excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!

Wanted to write this review yesterday as soon as I left the store But My wife had called which distracted me But today my AC is working my family's happy and I will totally recommend you guys to anybody that needs service The staff here is very knowledgeable courteous and fast I was in-and-out in about 5 minutes with the parts I needed to get my unit up and running again.. Well been a rheem customer for a while , always bought my equipment from the San Diego branch but today , since I live in riverside,decided to call the riverside branch ..jerry gauge answers the phone and takes my order , it was $150 dollars more than online so I ask him to break it down for me,so he does and I tell him San Diego never charges that fee he gives me an attitude and tells me to go buy it in San Diego ,I was shocked I just wanted a little more info on the charge since I was a new customer in that branch and it was a little more convenient since I live in riverside also. That’s a good way to gain more customers keep it up jerry !

This review applies to the new location off Buchanan street and for the associate Dylan. The new location is clean and very organized. Very easy to see tools and supplies needed. Dylan has always been extremely professional, polite, enthusiastic about his job and efficient. A+++ to the new location and to Dylan.

As a heating and air contractor i find these guys without enthusiasm for their jobs. Many other suppliers provide much better support and now with Amazon Prime you become your own supplier. Old school no longer works as the guys on Mulberry St. will find out.

Total Air was a lifesaver when my Heating System went out. It was super easy to schedule everything online and they quickly followed up to set-up an appointment for later that day.

Luckily they were able to fix everything in one visit and for a great price.

We were moving out of our office/industrial space and had to provide a report to the landlord showing that our heater/air conditioner was in good working order. I contacted the owner Robert and he was very professional and honest up front on all my questions and concerns. I hired him for the job and he did an excellent job on diagnosing our system. Luckily nothing was wrong with our HVAC system and didn't need to fix anything. I will definitely use Total Air and Robert for any HVAC needs in the future. Very happy customer.

Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning came for their semi annual check up. Robert and son were respectful of my property and my home. They were here for about an hour and inspected the air conditioner and the heating. They are dependable and have reasonable prices. I recommend their business. Thank you Robert.

We have the energy savings agreement and Total air is very good at letting us know when our maintenance is due and they work well around my wife and my schedules. Robert has been our technician a few times now and he always makes us feel like we are a priority. He always goes above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and let’s me know what needs to be replaced and what can wait. I would recommend total air to anyone.
