Great customer service from start to finish. I needed to get my heater fixed (in the dead of summer) so I could finalize the sell of my home. This needed to be done quickly. David (the tech) came out the same day, kept me informed about his arrival time, diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me pictures of the problem, called around for parts, gave me a discount, and came back a little while later to totally fix the issue. He was professional and friendly the entire time and helped to alleviate this stress. He made sure the heater (and then the AC) were working well before leaving. I highly recommend using this company.

Let me start off from the beginning, ' Tammy ', who answered the phone, was very pleasant & professional. She scheduled an appointment due to the fact that our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air and sounded terrible. Within an hour, she called back with availability today. Then I received a text message showing me a picture of David, who was our technician. From the moment David arrived , his personality was as if we had been long-time friends. I informed him of what was going on. He was very explanatory of how he would start his troubleshooting process, & he would be taking a lot of pictures to explain his diagnostic findings. He was very very thorough on checking out our unit. Afterward, he sat down with my wife and I and explained in detail as to what he found and showed us pictures and what we needed to repair.
He gave us a quote, and we agreed upon proceeding with the repairs.
He went to the shop and got the parts and returned shortly, and had our unit repaired and blowing cold air.
I would like to add he even layed down a drop cloth in our closet before entering our attic. Upon completion, we couldn't even tell anything was out of the ordinary. Very clean & professional workmanship.

I highly recommend Caribou Comfort for all your heating and cooling needs. Sales Technician Joshua was very thorough and professional. From the moment he gave me a courtesy call to give me his ETA to the time he left my home, I was amazed by his professionalism and knowledge about service and products. I had been quoted by two other companies and neither one of them were as detailed as Joshua was. He took the time to explain what the issue was, we were experiencing hot air coming out of our vents and Joshua was able to explain we needed a new duct system. We got an amazing price and the install was quick, clean and professional.

During this massive heat wave, I was in a desperate situation and the second that I clicked on the YouTube link and got a hold of Tammy. She really cared and sent someone over named David who immediately knew what he was doing. found the problem didn’t charge me an arm and a leg at all And save me from having to get a whole new system. I suffer for multiple sclerosis and I’m disabled and can’t be in the heat. I truly felt like this company cared for me from the first phone call to David who showed up to help. David was extremely knowledgeable, personable And one of the nicest best AC tech I’ve ever met!

I had a great experience with Itzcoatl Aguilar as my tech. I took advantage of their $59 special. He was professional , took pictures of everything he did and reviewed what repairs were needed. He broke down the repairs into 3 groupings based upon necessity and cost.

My house fan all of a sudden stopped working. I mean it’s really old so I figured it was time to replace. I called a few places and no one offered someone to come same day. I finally called caribou and they sent someone same day! The lady on the phone was so sweet and kind. Great customer service. Itzcoatl Came to see what was wrong with my house fan. Gave me one option to fix the timer but advised me that soon I should probably replace as it was leaking oil. I already figured I’d be replacing so I opted to replace.

They came 2 days later and installed a new house fan. Total upgrade from my previous fan. I love that you get automated texts when they are on the way and even a picture of the technician. Mikhal, Anthony and Itzcoatl installed my fan. They were all super respectful and courteous. They left no mess. They also made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. Also made me feel like they are available for any support if I needed it in the future in regards to the fan. As someone who appreciates getting things done quickly I am beyond happy. I totally recommend this company. THANK YOU!!!

Our experience with Caribou has been just fantastic. We really appreciated David who came for our initial consultation and didn’t try to oversell us, and Joe (the owner) and all that he did throughout the entire process to make sure we were happy with the work and their services, right down to the very detail. He wasn’t just a name on a business card. He was here every day. The crew were all super hard working, clean cut, and professional. Very polite and accommodating, and left everything super clean at the end of each day. We had an old system (40+yrs) that needed replacing. They put in a new HVAC and replaced all of the ducts, registers, etc., and made recommendations on how things could be made more efficient. The difference is now night and day! I highly recommend Caribou. Their service has been stellar.

We had a safety switch installed and their Technician was amazing he was very informative and friendly. Prices and service are wonderful we have had other maintenance done with them and will defiantly be returning customers.

We just had them come out and replace our HVAC system. They were very straightforward, professional, and respectful of our home. They managed to remove and install our system very quickly. We got different quotes and they were by far the company we felt most comfortable with. They gave us a nice system at a very reasonable price and were very thorough about how to use the different features. We were very impressed and happy with their service. The owner himself appears to really take pride in his work and cares about his customers. We will totally continue to use them for any servicing or future installs. Over all we felt a sense of relief making this big purchase knowing we were well taken care of. Thank you so much guys!!!

David from Caribou Comfort came out to do an AC tune-up at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He spent a couple of hours thoroughly inspecting the entire system not just a quick check. After finishing, he sat down with me and provided a very detailed overview of the condition of my AC unit. He was clean, professionally dressed, and incredibly detail-oriented.
