I was very satisfied with the service I received.. I couldn't even explain my problem and within 24 hours of tech was out to inspect my heating and air conditioning unit. I'm so grateful it was something miner when another repair company said my whole unit needed to be replaced. I'm sure had my whole unit needs to be replaced I would have got an excellent deal as well when the time comes I will be calling this company again...

These guys are great! We found the lowest price at trabuco air,which made us A little nervous,but, then Robert and Rafael showed up and we are so impressed with the installation! Quick,clean,DONE in one day! Can we give them 10 stars?!

Ultra high priced and dishonest technician. Beware! Do not use this company. Benny the tech quoted the job at $1225. Condenser connector and capactor needed to be replaced. Later I found the parts on Amazon for $30. He also told me I needed 6lbs of refrigerant. Also found out later this is #1 scam. You only need refrigerant if there's a leak. He didn't do a leak test and he didn't use a scale to measure how much refrigerant he put in. Our ac was pushing cold air before the fan went out. This company preys on people when they're vulnerable.

Our A/C unit went out during the heat wave during July. My husband called the company for info and Robert walked my husband through a way to fix the system temporarily until he could come out and install a new system. That was a blessing, beings I'm a stay at home Mom and it was reaching 95 in the House.

Before the new system was installed we were walked through all that would be replaced and given a number of options to choose from. We picked out the perfect system for us and what the company recommended.

Trabuco did a wonderful job, cleaned up their mess when they were done. You would never know they were there, other than the house being cold. Not only did we receive great customer service and a great system, Robert was correct in stating that since our old system was so old we would save money on our electric bill monthly. Our bill previously was over $400 a month from April until October. Since, it has been around $150. Thank you, Trabuco for the great customer service, for looking out for our pocket book and just being a 5 star company.

I called Trabuco Air out when my ac stopped working recently. I had 2 other quotes from companies who wanted me to replace the whole unit. My unit is old and will have to be replaced soon however the technician Trabuco sent over diagnosed the problem and was able to make a repair and hopefully get a few more years out of it and save me from having to spend $thousands now. They were fair and honest and best of all saved me money. Thanks Trabuco for working fast and giving me options. I will use them again when I do have to replace the unit - hopefully not too soon.

Our business has sensitive equipment that requires it to be maintained in a cool environment. One day our air conditioning stopped working. If we didn't get it running soon it was possible our equipment would be damaged. We called a couple of companies and no one could come out right away. We then called Trabuco Air Conditioning and Heating Repair and told them our situation. They made arrangements to come out the same day. Luckily they were able to fix the problem and avert a possible disaster for our company. We now use them for quarterly service and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them. I live in Riverside and in the middle of winter it's 90 outside. My AC stopped working. I called around to find a air-conditioning repair company, and I'm not very trusting.

I had Trabuco Air come out because they offered me a free service call for a first-time client, so I had nothing to lose.

They were able to fix my air conditioner very quickly and at a reasonable cost.

I can comfortably recommend them to all of my friends and family

I searched online and read great reviews about this company. AC unit was not working and it’s pretty hot in Corona. I was able to schedule an appointment, tech arrived on time, identified the problem and was able to order the part. Another problem was discovered while fixing the initial problem and that too was able to be fixed quickly. I’m very particular when it comes to new vendors I work with. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and several techs that came to my house. When I met each of them, I felt as if I had known them for years. Quality of work and company culture is top notch. Exceptional service, highly recommend!

Excellent service from beginning to end! Started our estimate with David. Explained all details of ac unit. David and his team were very professional, trustworthy and the installers did a immaculate job installing our new ac unit. They also corrected our ductwork that was installed improperly by another company. Would definitely recommend this company and we are so happy with our new ac and their service. Jason, Daniel and Josue were awesome! They came first thing in the morning and were here all day barely taking a break. They worked their tails off and even offered to pick my kids and I up lunch! Jason explained everything to me and made it a real easy process. It was a one day install and by the end of the day we had a great heater that didn't sound like our house was going to explode. I am looking forward to the Summer when we can enjoy the central air. I would definitely recommend Fire and Ice they were great, clean and efficient in their work!

Would highly recommend Fire n Ice! Josue and the 2 other gentlemen that assisted with the installation were were completely professional and courteous. They informed me of the installation process and made sure I understood my new system before they departed. I felt horrible seeing them work in the hot sun, but these guys were troopers! It was a wonderful experience to have Carlos coming to fix my A/C unit on a 100 degree hot day. I picked Fire-N-Ice from Yelp for my no-cooling A/C. Carlos arrived really early in the morning and fixed the issue really quickly. It is really comfortable in my house on that dreadful hot day. Unlike some other companies, they do not push anything on you even for a relatively old A/C unit.

We recently had a fix from the team here at Fire-N-Ice, and we can't thank the team and servicers enough for the repair and great value. Josue and Connor were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the repair and answered our many questions.

Fire n Ice have been extremely helpful when we were having issues with our HVAC. They quickly returned my call and got me on the schedule. They arrived on time and were very informative. They quickly new what the problems were and got our AC back up and running again. I highly recommend.

The guys arrived at the time specified and were very knowledgeable, the whole encounter lasted 15 minutes and they had my system running perfect again. They installed it 5 years ago and I feel fortunate enough to have had it working great this whole time. I recommend everyone call them.

David came out and provided a quote for a complete HVAC system that was in need of replacement. He was very knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the system and answered all my questions. The quote was competitive and in-line with other companies. David made some calls and confirmed they were able to install the next day, an American Standard Gold System. Jose, Daniel, and Connor came out on time and worked all day and into the evening to complete the job. They were all very professional and did a great job! AC is working great and would highly recommend Fire and Ice all your AC and heating needs.

I was so happy I had Fire-N-Ice come out to check my AC for maintenance. I had noticed a little drop in cooling my place down and wanted to make sure all was running ok. The tech spent some time checking the system and pinpointed a small repair and I felt the difference in the AC immediately. The price was reasonable (he spent a good amount of time to troubleshoot), and the communication was fantastic… text to confirm appointment(very prompt!), text when en route and texted invoice for easy payment.
