Called DECO Air Conditioning and Heating after 7pm on Monday asking if they service the Banning/Beaumont area. First I was told no but the lady decided that they can come out. A time was set up for the next day. The 2 techs arrived within the time frame given. They checked to see what is wrong- bad motor fan, not working. They gave me an estimated price that I was ok with since I don't have time to be calling around, especially in this heat. They checked their truck and have a new motor fan in stock. I was told they can complete the job in 45 minutes. They did what they needed to do and got the job done. They tested out everything to make sure things were working out like it should. Awesome service. I would definetly use them again if I should have any other AC problems and would recommend them to friends and family. AND they even bring out a umbrella for me since it was burning hot outside!!! Thank you!

2- 3 weeks ago a team of two John and Jenny came to my home when my AC was no longer blowing any air. I called the prior evening and they were able to get to us the following morning. No only were they on time but they were 10 minutes early. The assessed the situation and did not try to upsell us any service we didn’t need. They were very courteous and truth be told you can’t beat a $39 diagnostic fee. They didn’t over charge and I love the fact that they rather fix the problem then force you into buying new equipment or appliances. We plan to continue to use them in the future.

I live in a historical district of Downtown Riverside, and our Heating system is over 60 years old. In the dead of winter when we experienced the coldest nights of the year, our Furnace/Heating system went out. Deco Air Conditioning and Heating took on the challenge to not only figure out the problem, but find a "universal kit" to get us back and running again. They were not going to be defeated by an outdated unit, found the solution, and our old unit has been working perfect ever since. They take pride in their work, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Inland Empire!

My 35+ year old air conditioner broke down a few months ago. I knew a new one was out of my budget. After much research I called Deco Air in Riverside there ad was promoting fixing not replacing my unit. So I took a chance, i am so happy i did they were reasonable, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and really nice. Great service thank you both.

John and Jesse are awesome They have been working on all are families a/c systems for years. Two years ago we upgraded our heating and a/c unit on our roof , they knocked it out of the park. Came in under budget. We had a new roof put on our home and roofers messed some things up . I called and Jesse called me right back and we’re out here right away , 20 minutes later all done . They are great. When you hire heating and a/c technicians you don’t know how honest they are. They can tell you anything and you have to believe it . John and Jesse are very honest and don’t play games. I don’t really right reviews but I had to on them. You can feel real confident in hiring them. They are the best in the business.

Called to do a check up on my Aunt's air conditioner while I was in town. They came out last year to do a repair because of one of her dogs. Called Deco out again and they came out that same day. They changed our filter, washed the air conditioner, and added a nice floral smell pad to the vent. Only charged us $34! Definitely worth the piece of mind for thirty bucks. They said everything was good including the gas inside the machine and all the parts. Very happy with their service! Repeat customer that recommends!!!

Sunday night no air! Monday got a reference from a friend gave me John's number,called him told him what was happening,had me try a few possible things first, told me to call back after trying,was out here within the hour. They looked at my unit, recommended some replacement and maintenance
And done! Had the air up and running in less then 2 hours,and I got a new thermostat. Someone else would of told me you need a new unit! Wow so grateful for a honest business! Here to help the people and not out for themselves! Even if nothing wrong, call them for your yearly A/C maintenance, before I happens to you. Highly recommended to you all out there. My air conditioner stopped in the hottest weather.  The company promised me to carry out maintenance between 12:00 and 2:00 the next day, and promised to notify me half an hour in advance.  I know this is their busiest time.  I didn't expect that I would receive the call on time at 11:30. They arrived before 12 o'clock.  Their prompt response and punctuality impressed me.
Their diagnosis and repair, including the cleaning and preventive maintenance of the entire system, are neat, tidy, and very professional.
Especially discussing different repair options with us in detail is very helpful for us to make a decision that suits us.
The most worth mentioning is that when they disagree, they can seriously consider our opinions.
A week has passed and my air conditioner is working well.  There is also a one-year parts and labor guarantee.

Deco Air Conditioning and Heating was very responsive, personable, and highly knowledgeable about my AC unit. Truly a pleasure to work with and meet. Thanks to their thorough and thoughtful inspection, they saved me from having to purchase a whole new unit. They even gave me advice on preventative maintenance and walked me through what to do. As a new homeowner I appreciated their honesty and transparency about the process and pricing. I'm thankful they were referred to me and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their AC and heating.

PLUS their inspection and service pricing is one of the best prices out there. Other companies try to sell you annual maintenance packages upfront without even knowing what you need.

Last Sunday my air conditioner went out and I was saved by DECO. I called and spoke with Jess I asked when they could come out to look at my unit and surprisingly they were available within hours. Upon arrival it was determined I needed a new blower motor and instead of trying to use Sunday as a way of up selling me or over charging for their services Jess and John got to work and although it wasn’t a simple fix or swap they made it happen and rescued me and my family from this heat. I am grateful and will always recommend them to anyone that has AC problems. Like their motto says they will do all they can to fix your unit and will not push for a new one. I wish I could give them 10 stars they went above and beyond and gained a new customer. Thanks again guys!

I have like six other companies come out, they could not repair my unit. They said parts not available and wanted to upsell me new equipment at $30,000 each. Jesse and her sidekick Kato got it done they were there less than a couple hours. Save me thousands. I will never go with anyone else but you guys. Thank you

I had an issue with my house fan blowing, but no cold air was coming out. Deco was able to diagnose the issue super quick and had my ac working again within like 45 minutes. Really appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me on anything unnecessary and just got straight to fixing the problem. Can’t say enough good things about John and Jessee!

I was very pleased to meet an attractive young husband and wife team from Deco, which was recommended to me by my neighbor. They were very professional and efficient and gracious. The furnace was not easy to access as it is located in the attic in a tight space. They were very thorough and they inspected the fans on the roof too. They took time to explain carefully what was happening -- an electrical short and a part that needed to be replaced. Their price was very fair and they did not charge me for the visit.
I was amazed that they came equipped with their truck and supplies and agreed to do the work on the very same day. They also replaced all the air filters and took the time to explain how the thermstat worked. By the end of the morning the work was all completed. Now my home feels cozy. The heater is doing its job and I am not freezing anymore--thanks to John and Jessie. I highly recommend them.

After replacing the circuit board on my furnace, unfortunately it did not work. I decided to call them and ask about perhaps coming out the next day to check it out. Jess extremely helpful asked me a couple of questions, she even requested a picture to see what I was talking about. She precisely pointed out the possible issues and bingo. We have heat now. My AC gave out two days ago and I was able to get in touch with DECO Air to schedule an appointment. DECO air came out today to check the AC unit out. They figured out what was wrong and quickly repaired it within an hour. They’re not like other companies who try to sucker you into replacing the whole unit or tell you that you’ll have to spend thousands of dollars when it’s just a small fix. My AC unit is running once again and blowing cool air. Please reach out to them for any AC repairs. They are extremely fast and affordable. Thank you again!!!

I've used Deco in the past and they have always been great! Very affordable and the $34 service call can't be beat. I was especially impressed today when I was having issues with my heat. She helped me diagnosed the issue over the phone and turns out she was right! My smart thermostat went bad. I ran to home depot and picked up a new one and bam. We have heat.

OK. I have to tell the whole story. About a year ago I had to take all of my ducting apart and clean it and put it back. Had a 4 legged encounter of the worst kind. Well while I was putting it all back together, I stepped on the wires going to the furnace unit and unplugged them all! Now after careful research and much perplexity....... I could not figure out just what went where! So, I had to break down and call a specialist, an AC repair company. I called Deco Air after finding out they were a small little company actually only about a mile from me. I always go with the little guys first so I called them. Johnny and Jesse showed up and went right to work up in my attic. They were up there with me for about an hour. Then they got to a point after searching all kinds of data bases, and trying their instruments, they finally admitted that they couldn't find where the wires went either. However........... they turned me onto an old timer that they said was the best for this sort of stuff. So after giving me his # they exited my attic and told me good luck. I asked them what I owed them for an hour of their time and they said don't worry about it!!! Wow! They had me WON OVER right then and there! The old guy was able to come right over too, and within a half hour of looking at the wires and reasoning with himself, he just went over to my unit and hooked up the wires and Wa La....... Everything worked. He said that's all he does nowadays and for a nominal price was on his way. NOW...... fast forward about a year and a half to just about a week ago and my 23 year old unit that I have kept running mostly by myself, took a Dive! I tried a number of things first to no avail, so I knew I had to break down and call someone, and at that point I did not hesitate. I called Deco Air back out. Johnny and Jesse showed back up again as a team the next day. They checked out my AC Condenser downstairs outside and said that my Compressor was a goner. They quoted me and my wife the price for a new Unit and it was waaaaaaay out of our ballpark at the present moment. Soooooooo....... The Dynamic Duo started talking and looking at things and after doing their own research and talking to us about our price range and me about certain things concerning my unit, Johnny comes to the conclusion after telling me that my Condenser Case which surrounds the Compressor was in good shape and said that he could replace the Compressor and all the other parts for roughly a third of the price of a new unit and we were in. They were able to come back out the very next day, with all new parts, and after about 4 hours working on the unit they had it up and running Better Than Ever!!! Jesse popped up and said that "she" had researched my fan motor and had brought installed the right one, and that the one that I had installed about 3 years prior was wrong and could have very well had something to do with the failure of the Compressor. I told her Wow and thanks for researching that and making sure I got the right one this time............ And Johnny popped up and said ....... "Yea, that's kinda my Wife's Specialty is making sure that we get All The Right Parts!!!! That's when it got even better..... Knowing that they weren't just a great guy and girl team, but they were a Husband and Wife Dynamic Duo Team!!!!!! They are both Awesome!!! They Diagnosed our problem, came up with a Solution and now after 14 days of being without AC we are Lovin our Brand New Rebuilt System and Couldn't Be Happier!!!!!! We are Customers For Life, Because Deco Air, and The Dynamic Duo went over and Way above Anything that we could have Imagined!!!!! Praise God for Deco Air!!!!!

Extremely happy with my experience with Deco Air! They were prompt and very detailed in their work. They explained EVERYTHING to me. They encouraged me to ask questions and explained it all. Grateful to have found them. I had several other "technicians" come by and they all showed up with pen and paper and no tools. They all said everything had to go and it would be over $10,000!!!!! My wife went on google and found Deco and their service call was only $34.

Jesse and John had great communication. They were on time, checked out my AC system that I was told by others had a leak and I would need to replace the system because it was too old to fix. his business could have sold me a bill of goods instead they were honest and total professionals. They did not detect a leak as my system was still full of freon indicating that I had not lost any since last summer. He gave me a few options of repair in case the levels drop at a later time. I would definitely use them again and would definitely refer them to anyone. Thanks Jesse and John! Deco Air is the way to go!

I highly recommend Deco! My 27 year old AC unit went out on Mother’s Day when it was 106 out. Jessie and coworker were professional and courteous. They were available same day but I scheduled for the next. They refurbished it and it’s working like new today, another 100+ day. I truly thought this wasn’t possible and the price was so reasonable. I wish I had called them last summer instead of limping it along. Thank you Jessie!!
