I even had a few friends come over to check it out. Everyone said the same thing though. That I would probably need a new one, my old one could not be fixed. I called around to a few places, and checked online. Finally, I found this company. They had a lot of people raving about their services, and the rates seemed decent. I set an appointment for the next week. And when the crew arrived they were actually on time. It didn't take them long at all to install the new air conditioning. Fortunately the technician showed me exactly where these inefficiencies were as I am a bit of handy man myself. So I was happy the guy was so kind and talkative as he was working. You know, I have tried a lot of different places for ac repair over the years when my air conditioner has gone out or stopped pushing cool air out. I had a HVAC unit installed earlier this year. It took a while to find a company that had reasonable rates, and good reviews. I've been saving up a while for it, but I didn't want to blow too much money on air conditioning. Finally, after talking to a few people a friend recommended these guys. I looked them up online and they fit all the criteria. It seemed their prices were reasonable. And my friend wasn't the only one to have nice words for them, they had hundreds of good reviews. I made my appointment for the next week, and waited anxiously. I was so excited I was finally going to have a cool house in the heat and humidity of summer. The guys came out. They were punctual, right on time. And they were really nice. They got to work right away and finished the job it seemed in no time. Looking for a reliable AC repair service? This company did a terrific job for me at my home! My 15-year-old air conditioner finally failed this summer and I called these guys for help. They had someone to my house quickly to do an inspection of my interior and exterior units. It turned out that I needed to replace my equipment. Arthur was great and recommended just the right size equipment for my house. He also helped me pick out a more energy efficient model that will save me money on my electric bill! When it came time for installation, I was impressed that the workers set the outdoor unit away from the house enough to allow proper air flow. They also were very respectful of my home and wore paper booties whenever they entered to keep my floors clean! I am grateful to the technicians and the company that I now have new central air that I won't have to worry about for a long time. I bought a Lennox outside condenser unit from Deco 5 years ago and was told I have a 10yr parts warranty and 1 free tune up. So I finally called now for the tune up because it wasn't blowing cold enough. So he comes and checks freon it's good, checks temp from only 1 vent and says its cooling fine its because it's too hot outside. Doesnt clean the coils or check filter because I told him I did that and it didnt help. When I confront him he says I had already done those things so he didnt. So what if I did, your supposed to do a complete tune up, which I had paid for that's included. He seemed in a hurry to leave. Then I ask him for a filter and he argues that I dont need it cuz I already changed it. What the hell man just cuz your not gonna make money on this visit shouldn't mean u can be rude and not check everything properly. Before leaving he tells me I need a new furnace and quotes me $5800 with install and he can't do it till February. Quote was ridiculously to much because I've seen some combo units for $5000, and I gotta wait till February seriously. Didnt seem he wanted my business. I would not recommend this company u can get ripped off bad. Shop around and read reviews before calling. Hope this helps someone, Thanks for reading.

Thanks for coming out so quickly 🙌 After calling our regular guy to no avail, we then searched for a business that would be open weekends, and we stumbled upon this lil gem. Called them (Saturday night)and we had communication within minutes. Set up next day (Sunday) and we still got their great rate of $34 for intial checkup. Appreciate the professionalism and really appreciated the tips on how to make it work its best and even some 101 on how it all works. They did a thorough inspection and went right to work until the job was completed. Fully satisfied and will now be our new go to's if and when we need Air unit service 😁

Had an Awesome Experience !! I originally had another A/C servicer come out and they told me the unit was too old and the compressor was bad and it needed to be replaced the whole unit!!! My Landlord was devastated knowing how much this unit would cost new. SO i Called Deco Air and they came out tested the unit found 1 bad Fuse, replaced it also replaced the Capacitor and WALAAAA it turned on!! , I could not believe it!! they showed me everything they did was very professional and so generous with their knowledge.. My Landlord/Owner was EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to them for their honesty. Will definatelty refer them!! Great service deserves great rewards God Bless and Thank you again for your service!!

Not all superheroes wear capes! This dynamic husband and wife duo provided excellent, fast and most importantly HONEST service to me. The fact that they worked on Sundays was great! They gave me 3 options as a solution to my problem and gave me their recommendation (and it wasnt the most expensive option out of the 3). Love how they take pride in their craft and truly care for their customers. I offered to buy them lunch (as it was noon when they worked on my unit). They graciously turned down my offer and just got the job done. Gave me tips on how to take care of my unit to avoid having to call them for something, they said, I can do myself to save money. We need more honest workers like them. I took the risk of using Google to search of A/C techs...I'm soooooo glad I found them!

Great company and the two technician showed up on time and were very professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. The technician walk me through what he was going to check and after he fixed it he gave me very great advice on how to care for my A.C. I really appreciate that type of customer service. Also they are fair on pricing and did not take advantage of me because of the heat. Excellent technician

Wow!! My AC went out (of course when we actually hit 113 today in Riverside) and they were one of the few open 24hrs. They were here in less than 15 minutes (unbelievable), introduced themselves and asked to see the AC unit. They did their inspection, cleaned it up while educating me on proper maintenance, replaced the fuse, and done! They also inspected the inside filter (ummm I need to replace it) and their service charge . . . less than $50. I'm blown away. I own an insurance agency and will be using them again when my clients need a AC/heating referral. Excellent job, and thank you so much!
